Many promising aspects but our experience just seemed to fall a little short. We were a little uncertain how to put together a meal from the way the menu was organized and our server tried but somehow was not really able to help us. We did have a bit of a rushed feeling even though we did have reservations and... More

We tried three tapas that were each very tasty. The risotto cakes and New Orleans BBQ shrimp were outstanding and portions enough to share. The crabcake (singular) was disappointing in that it was so small all there was to share was one bite. The crabcake pricing was enough to knock off a star because of price but otherwise a very... This was the best dinner we had in Santa Fe. Great recommendations by the excellent waitstaff. Lovely food and service. This is a very small place. Make reservations!

Wonderful dinner for two with warm, friendly service in a charming bistro. We appreciated the suggestions in selecting the perfect wines to accompany the dinners. The lamb dish was delicious and the Chicken Saltimbocca was beautifully prepared. We keep a list of our favorite Santa Fe restaurants and this will certainly be high on that list for the next visit.

Our new favorite spot in Santa Fe! Excellent service, delicious food and wonderful atmosphere! The chef and his wife were present serving and checking on guests. The waitstaff was engaged and delivered food without feeling rushed. An overall wonderful night. We will definitely be back!

Neat little place with excellent tapas. The burrata salad and roasted beet salads were delicious. The Sicilian Scamfan was great but it is not a Sicilian dish. The lamb tapas was outstanding. The desserts did not live up to the food. The Decandence chocolate dessert was dry and the whipped cream was not home made. It came from a can.... More

Excellant restaurant from start to finish! We shared the duck pate and it was delicious! We then shared a cheese plate and finished with the eggplant parmesan. Very good! The staff was very attentive and we certainly would return again!

Four for dinner on a Saturday night. We were seated promptly with our reservations time, the restaurant is not very large so calling ahead is a must. I had eaten dinner there a couple years earlier with friends and we all loved in then and everyone loved it on this evening. The lamb shank was enough for two, cooked perfectly.... More

When good food is paired with great service you are almost guaranteed a fine dining experience. Our server, Ivan, explained the menu, offered suggestions, answered our questions, and remained attentive to our needs throughout our meal without being obtrusive. Galisteo Bistro has an open kitchen which my wife got to enjoy, but unfortunately my chair faced the opposite wall. I... More
