Best food quality I have ever experienced from a foodtruck. The best Falafel I have ever had, and there burger too. The Gyro uses pork, so it's the most flavorful item, but sometimes it's sold out.

There was a little hole in the wall place in my college town that served the most delicious falafel...for years I tried in earnest to find a falafel as good...my dreams came true when Yummy Town rolled into Moab. The falafel itself is moist on...More

How do you possibly improve on baklava as a dessert? Well, these people have figured it out! Organic vanilla ice cream stuffed thick in an ample slab of baklava was absolutely delicious on this 100-degree Friday at the Moab Farmer’s Market. I had never had...More

There’s nothing like a meat/veggie packed pita dripping with tzatziki sauce, but where to purchase one? Answer is solved, and so is the craving for Mediterranean food at Yummy Town Food Truck. Primarily located in Moab (parking lot next to Eddie McStiff Plaza), it is...More

Falafel and Lamb are Yummy! or try the Mediterranean sampler. After being out all day it feels right to sit outside for eating to further enjoy the glorious autumn weather.

Description
Yummy Mediterranean food served from a fun truck—opening at 11am. Stop by for a juicy gyro sliced from our rotisserie, crispy and light falafel with hummus, lamb kofta with harissa, or Persian spice marinated chicken--all stuffed in amazing pita or on top of saffron rice or a green salad. Feeling a little uncertain about Mediterranean? Try a Med Burger and you’ll be hooked and safely convinced that YummyTown is for you. We have many options for carnivores, vegans, gluten-free eaters and vegetarians alike. We make refreshing drinks to quench your thirst before or after your adventures in Moab and don’t forget to grab some baklava with a hint of bittersweet chocolate and finished with an orange, lavender syrup.
