We were near the plaza in Santa Fe looking for a couple of restuarants that a friend had recommended, but it was mid-aftrnoon and found those places closed after lunch and didn't open until 5. It started raining, so we stopped into El Callejon, which...More

At the time, restaurants were only serving takeout due to the virus. The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and polite. I had the taco plate and my husband had the enchilada plate. Chips and salsa tasted so good! Wonderful flavors and good portions....More

Wandered into El Callejon for dinner based on reviews on GoogleMaps. It is a small restaurant and on Sunday evening was pretty busy, but there was room for parties of 1 or 2 at the bar. I ordered the fish and shrimp ceviche on tostadas...More

Great place to enjoy a meal when you are solo. BIG bar with lots of seats. Bartender was great. Had a salad (not very “Mexican) and it was great. I liked this place.

Nice stop for lunch. Great service at bar. Reasonable prices. Appeared to be mainly regulars based on bar conversations. We had quesadillas and the Al Pastor plate. Very good.

Small place with a cozy atmosphere, appears to be family run. Interesting fusion between Southwest and Mexican; proud of their salsa options. I'd recommend either the tacos or the burger (which is very "meaty").
