Eat here every day. Get there early. Be patient and enjoy. We ate here twice on our recent visit to Friday Harbor. They served the best biscuits and gravy outside of Texas. I asked for krispy bacon and it was cooked perfectly. The hash browns were not too greasy which is common place at other restaurants. If we lived in... More

Because this is one of the few breakfast places in Friday Harbor the lines are usually out the door on Summer weekends. It's tight and noisy but the food is good and reasonably priced. Location on Spring Street across from King's Market means easy access for Ferry passengers

The rocky Bay Cafe should be featured on the Food Channel's Diners, Drive Ins & Dives program. A small, cozy comfortable sitting with unexpected high quality food. Owner Chef John creates daily specials to go with an excellent menu.

Nice cafe, no frills just good coffee and food. We have early risers, it was the first place open in the area.

First class breakfast spot, great service with a local friendly vibe. The menu has something for everyone and everything is done well, French toast comes with a great fruit bowl, how can you go wrong.

There is bound to be a wait here, but that's because it's so good! We had the corned beef hash, hash browns, toast and bacon. AMAZING! So full of flavor and good portion sizes. We also came by the next morning for their delicious house made donuts before heading to Lime Kiln to watch the orcas! Highly recommend - we... More

Good breakfast cafe!! We needed to fill the family (4 of us) stomaches with a nourishing breakfast and it had to be quick since we needed to catch the Sidney morning ferry. They delivered in under 30 mins! And it was delicious to boot!! The Thomas Family Victoria, BC, Canada

My son and I liked it so much we ate here two days in a row! French toast and biscuits & gravy were great. Allow for a wait because it's a popular spot.

Love the food! Great staff as well. Only negative is there is usually quite a bit of a wait for a table. Once in the food is relatively quick. We never made it in for lunch but always enjoyed breakfast!

Very popular place for breakfast, so had a bit of a wait outside for a table. Staff were friendly, fast and efficient. Food was delicious! Had the regular eggs Benedict. Eggs poached nicely, lots of tangy hollandaise. Lots of crispy hash browns (too much for me to finish). Overall: would definitely go back.
