While in San Antonio on business I was told that this was good non-chain Mexican place near the UIW med school. Turned out that the food was bland and uninviting. No flavors that stood out as definitely Mexican cuisine even though the typical dishes of...beans, rice, tacos, and enchiladas were on the lunch buffet. Definitely won't be going back for seconds.More

Had lunch there today. Ordered the chicken flautes al acarte. They were crispy and not at all greasy. They came with lettuce/tomato,sour cream and avocado. The chips and salsa were great. Fast and attentive service.

This place is a great place to get tacos and on Saturday when I was here they had a small buffet. I ordered the Asada Tacos and great flavor. The service for our waitress was less desirable. After we ordered and received our drinks we...had to ask the waitress for our chips and salsa and then we didn't see her again till the food came to our table. I will be coming back because the flavor of the food to try again.More

Have been here several times for tacos and never disappointed. The homemade corn tortillas are a diabetics dream. The tacos are always full and flavorful. Don't miss this hidden gem
