First time here for lunch. Came with a small group. I got the Italian Beef, lightly wet. Excellent soft roll, nice amount of beef and flavor and great grilled green peppers! Hit the spot. Others hand dogs and the gyros. Everyone enjoyed the place. We...will be back. Great quick service!!More

Ordered the Philly cheese steak and Italian beef sandwich and both were excellent. Plenty of meat in the sandwich and the fries were crispy and pipping hot. Friendly staff, clean facility, and following social distancing. We will definitely return.

They make the best Philly cheese steaks in all of San Antonio. My aon always gets their Cheeseburgers, he loves them. You can't miss eating here.

Are they just lazy?? The layers of thinly sliced beef were stuck together - au jus could not properly saturate the meat. This would be a simple fix. Great fries!

Newly discovered, delicious restaurant! If you like Chicago style food, try out this small restaurant. We enjoyed their Philly Cheesesteak and Classic Flatbread. So Good!! Friendly personnel in a clean, sports-themed environment.

Large group from out of town nearby for an event and we all decided we were famished afterwards on a Sunday afternoon. A quick Yelp search turned up Wiseguys right down the street, so we all headed over. Walk up counter service where you order...and they bring the food to you. Very large menu with plenty of traditional and spin-on-traditional Chicago style food. Philly's were very good, as were the fries and onion rings (tasty beer batter). The Chicago-native in our group was thrilled that the hot beef sandwich was very good. Salads were a good size and fresh. Service was quick and our entire group of 15 had food within 10 minutes of each person ordering... You could even hear the cook in back chopping up the meats on the flat-top for each order. Prices were very good, portions big. Plenty of seating in booths or ability to have big groups at tables in the middle. We were all very happy and I'll be sure to stop in again when in the area!More

This place has a variety of cheesesteak options and each one I've tried has been excellent. I visit this place a couple times a month for lunch, good food and desserts. If you like spicy, "the cartel" is the way to go!

We had enjoyed the original location on Nakoma. Samantha is a very helpful server here. We ordered the Chicago dog but the cook loaded 3 ounces of yellow mustard that blew up all over the table. Samantha very graciously replaced that DOA dog with a...small portion of spicy brown and a good Chicago hot dog. The Philly Cheesesteak is really great. There's plenty of melted cheese, steak, mushrooms, onions and peppers. The daily special was their Gyro. It was huge and came with lots of lamb/beef strips, onions, tomatoes, lettuce and that special Greek sauce. This is a good place to add to your list for great comfort food.More

I've been to the first location listed above, but this last trip was to the new one at Harry Wurzbach and Austin Highway. Had the Chicago beef first time and Philly cheese steak today. Both excellent! Anybody from Philly or who has had enough cheese...steaks to know the good from the bad knows that the best start with an Amoroso roll. And Wiseguys does!! Looking forward to trying the Chicago dog next!!More

This place so much reminds me of Chicago Italian hood and the food served there. Delicious sandwiches, good pizza. But the atmosphere adds greatly to the whole sandwich scene. I am a big eater, and I never finish the dam things...always take half home. Try...the Godfather, or Gotti, or Soprano....any of these beautys. We eat there several times a month...and we could eat at countless other Itals in the area. Feels like Chicago and tastes like it tooMore
