Decided to try this while checking out the Riverwalk. It was surprising delicious. We don’t generally go for places right in tourist areas, but we were pleasantly surprised. Great menu options, good staff, and the food was delicious. Will definitely visit again when on the...RiverWalk.More

My family was passing through San Antonio but we loved the enchanting river walk and Iron Cactus Restaurant. Ask for Eric, he was very knowledgeable, made great suggestions and had our mouths watering for the fried donuts for dessert. They had a roaming Spanish guitar...player and friendly staff. Food and drinks were great too! Thank you for making our short stay memorable.More

We checked to the hotel right above the restaurant and walked down for an afternoon snack and drink. Both my wife and thought the Queso was excellent and even better when accompanied by some margaritas. This is well worth a stop We were there about...3:00 in the afternoon on a Thursday and found it to be very relaxing on the patio on the riverwalk. Staff were all maskedMore

Went with friends who invited us. Restaurant is on the Riverwalk. I had the shrimp enchiladas, rice and beans. It was of average taste.

Outdoor seating in a relatively quieter section of the riverwalk was very enjoyable. Staff were very friendly. I had fajitas which, sadly, were comparable to what I can get at a chain restaurant in Boston.

We really enjoyed the food here. The chips and salsa were good with just the right amount of spice. Had the fish tacos which were delicious. the brisket quesadillas which were delicious and the queso con puesto with steak (very spicy).

It has a very nice patio area with heaters for the chilly times of year. I recommend dinner on the patio after the sun goes down and all the lights come on. Beautiful!!
