Ladies room dingy and not in very good repair - toilet paper stacked on side rail in stall - yuck (though the toilets and sink were clean). Heavy handed on the corn starch used as a thickener. The food was reasonably priced, and it was hot. I wouldn't return, but it was "okay".

The Pho item P3 is great as is the P32 Vermicelli bowl. The Pho comes in a large bowl with an ample side dish of spices that you can add to suit. The P32 comes with a great spring roll. The service is excellent in the upstairs area. Prices are very reasonable and the servings are generous.

Generous portions, large menu. Love the pho and gyoza. I try to hit this place every time I am in town. Quick service too. You won't be disappointed. Always has a crowd but big enough to accommodate no wait.
