I have eaten at Aldino's when I lived in San Antonio several years ago. I loved it then and couldn't wait to return. It was just as good as always! I made reservations and were late but they seated us right away with no nasty looks or grudges. The wait staff was excellent and gave us the specials and recommendations... More

I enjoy this restaurant and take family or business associates once or twice a year. The food is consistently good. Wait staff is attentive. Prices are above average. The main negative thing is the prolonged waiting time between placing the food order and its arrival time to the table. This waiting time is usually 20-30 minutes and is a management... More

My wife and I went dined here for our anniversary dinner. We ran an errand prior and ended up here a bit earlier than we normally would for dinner. Sure glad we did! This allowed us to order the price fixed menu with appetizer, entrée, and dessert. High end Italian food at a very reasonable price.

The easiest and cheapest way to make a dish tasty is adding salt as most of cooks would say. They follow this in Aldino. If you like salt this is the place for you. If you are watching your sodium then stay away from this place. The house bread was the only thing that was served that was not heavy... More

I was a server at Aldino when I was nineteen years old. Fast forward twenty years. My life is much different, but one thing remains the same: I still eat at Aldino every few months. They never skimp on quality, portion size, nor taste. I can count on a delicious meal every time.

We ordered calamari as a starter. The Calamari where as good (or bad) as a cafeteria would serve. The. We ordered salad which was... A salad (nothing Italian to it) and the chicken piccata (nothing to write home about). For dessert we ordered Creme Brûlée (not very Italian) which was acceptable and Ice cream (only had 1 flavor which is... More

One of my favorites. Staff is very good, not all but most. The owners are always on-site or at least one of them and they ensure that patrons are happy. The food is always consistently excellent. If you want pizza or pasta it's all good, one of my favs is the Chicken Parmigiana. Atmosphere is very good and there is... More

Aldino at The Vineyard is the authentic Italian restaurant that has been the ultimate dining experience in North Central San Antonio for over 20 years.

From the moment you walk in, the aroma of our sauces, sizzling steaks and the pizza coming from our wood-burning oven will let you know your lunch or dinner will be one-of-a-kind. But claiming the title of the Best Italian Restaurant in San Antonio takes more than just crafting amazing classic favorites like ravioli, fettuccini primavera or a tempting margherita pizza.

Being better comes with a wait staff and bartenders that treat you like family. Whether it's an intimate dinner for two, a business gathering at lunch, or a party for a large group you'll experience fine dining at its best when you come to Aldino at the Vineyard.
