We're heard about Mi Tierra through Trip Advisor and different magazines, even our motorcycle magazine. We are so glad we went there for at least one meal. Service was excellent and our meal was over the top good for a very reasonable price on our retired budget. I am salivating even as I think about it and write these words!... More

My husband and I were downtown celebrating his birthday and our anniversary and stopped at Mi Tierra on our way home. The restaurant was beautifully decorated with Mexican style Christmas decorations, and patrons couldn't help being drawn into the holiday season. The menudo was excellent, also.

What an experience. Very lively and authentic Mexican food...great food and pleanty to eat. Did I mention the outstanding Mariachis playing the night away...these are truly great musicians! You will walk out after a great meal with a very contented soul.

Mi Tierra is located near downtown San Antonio in an area with lots of shops and several restaurants. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day and is very popular. We went there for breakfast on a Saturday and the place was really busy. The Mexican breakfasts and bloody mary's were good and the service was prompt.

At 9 a.m. on a Saturday parking lot was already full, lucky we used uber. They sat us right away. Place if very colorful. Always bright. We had 5 month old and it worked. Anything Tex-Mex is good. Please note that shops at market open after 10 a.m. Also note - this is a full Mexican Bakery. Even if you... More

We had lunch here. The menu is quite large and there are many choices. We tried the tacos, which where good and we had the guacamole salad. In general the food is only OK.

It had been several years since I'd been here. Mi Tierra is somewhat touristy and a little pricey. However, the breakfast was excellent! And even on a Sunday morning, there were some very good musicians playing in the background. I would recommend you give this restaurant a shot. You won't regret it.
