Saw this place had good reviews and decided to try it. Walking in the place, it was not quite what I expected. The floor was bowed up in the middle and the tables were arranged in a wierd way because of it. It's an old...More

My father took me to Josephine Street the first time when I was 24. I’m 60 now and the steaks are still AMAZING and the atmosphere is the same as I remember especially the tree. This is a must go place when visiting San Antonio.

The place is pretty cool, old building. The menu is mostly steak and burgers, We all agreed that the TOMATILLO-AVOCADO DIP was great as were the onion rings, the entrees were"OK' but not special, Desserts were good.

Adjacent to Pearl Brewery district. Great, no frills good. Though they were busy, service was expedient. Tables were cleared quickly, and the wait staff and bar were attentive. Steaks were cooked to perfection and the prices were reasonable. Only negative would be sitting next to...More

Ate here with friends on a Saturday evening. The fried shrimp and onion rings were very good, but got the house fries and they were more like sliced potatoes not fries. The food was better than the cocktails- they need to work on those. Would...More
