What makes it so great? Those tacos on corn tortillas: Barbacoa to be specific- with this secret recipe green sauce (it's hot, but oh, my goodness, so delicious)! I pour the stuff on. Everyone likes a little taco with their green sauce, right?

You are probably right, most restaurants lose their shine when they become larger or when they can't handle their customer overflow, and that is the last thing I want this to happen at Los Ajos. But they deserve my kudos for the best Mexican food...More
