Their camaron tacos were beyond compare! And I'd never heard of a cucumber margarita, but so refreshing! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling to San Antonio!!

Had a quick business lunch here. The menu selections were nicely balanced. Not too much to choose from. The pork torta is delicious and the homemade chips were light and clean. Will definitely go back.

I typically do not try anything new and at The Fruteria, I did! I had the Al Pastor sandwich which was delicious. I also tried a new kind of (non alcoholic) beverage, instead of my usual coke. Very inexpensive, too! Check it out!

This was such a fun place to go, we tried it at breakfast and another day at lunch when we were visiting San Antonio. Apparently the owner/chef Johnny Hernandez has several venues around San Antonio. I don’t know about the others, but this was funky...More
