This wasn't very busy so we got great attention for lunch. It's a very well designed and appointed restaurant. Food is from an ala crate menu, which we enjoyed putting together to make family style tastings. Try the French fries. Chef is onsite so there's attention to detail.

For a restaurant that serves mostly appetizers the menu at Nosh is as varied as one can find in San Antonio. They have a great menu of dishes for sharing and all have been excellent. I believe their pizza rivals other pricier establishments and tastes better too at a much lower price.

The barrata plate is a must. We have tried almost everything on the menu and have not be unhappy with anything. One of our favorite local places to eat.

Nosh is the perfect place for a casual dining experience. My wife and I decided to dine here after an Alamo Heights city hall architecture presentation ran late. Their plate servings are the right size, not too heavy, and freshly prepared. We had their cheese plate sampler, an eclectic variety of cheeses complimented with olives, nuts, and honey! For dinner,... More

Been her a couple times. Really like the food and atmosphere. The dishes are good, my favorite truffle French fries. Will come back.

We love this restaurant because the flavor combinations are always unusual and different--ones I would never think of at home. Tonight we had a wonderful salad with roasted tomatoes, zucchini, garlic and spice with the creamiest cheese and prosciutto with toast. Though tempted, I did not lick the plate. This was followed by the "Bomba" pizza which had spicy tomato... More

My wife and I went for a small meal and were not disappointed, we shared the Mac-cheese with wild boar, which was very tasty and appealing. Our second item was the veggie pizza and cooked just right not very heavy meal. The service was excellent and helpful, and prices were reasonable. Great place for a cozy lunch.
