Great atmosphere and food. Delicious drinks and friendly service. Enjoyed the teppanyaki grill and the sushi, fresh and yummy. Definitely will be back when in the area.

My daughter (8) and I went and it was very good. There are many choices, and the waiter made good recommendations. You can watch them make the sushi too if you want. The service was good. This is one of the two sushi restaurants I recommend in San Antonio.
Kumori is an unanticipated treasure, in a busy suburban shopping complex with many competing restaurants. I was especially impressed by the remarkably wide variety offered by its menu, including some fifty varieties of sushi. Service is excellent and the dining area is roomy, comfortable, and quiet enough for conversation. Surprisingly there is also a children's menu which features smaller servings... More
Kumori has a menu with sushi and non-sushi items that will accommodate the tastes of anyone in the mood for Asian food. I highly recommend the Hawaii Role if you are in the mood for something on the sweeter side. The service is usually very good and the wait for fresh rolled sushi not super long.
Definitely recommend this place. We have been here several times and have never been disappointed, and finding good sushi in San Antonio is hard. This is also the only place where our son has actually liked sushi. If you like spicy, go for the Picasso Roll. Enjoy!!!
We have always enjoyed this place. The service is always perfect especially when Victoria waits on us. The Cucumber Martini's are the best. The sushi is great and they even have riceless sushi if you want. Make the trip, it's worth it.

The Teppanyaki steak was dry and I would've preferred a soy-based sauce rather than the sesame sauce provided. The Seared Ahi appetizer was... More
I love sushi about as much as I love to eat. Wanted to try a new place that appeased my appetite. This place was a score! Their menu is innovative and expansive. The facility is clean and service is friendly. I, fortunately, tried their Rock Shrimp and it was sweet, crunchy, and succulent. Because I like spice I added some... More
A group of 10 ladies decided to come here for dinner. This was the first visit here for most of us. We were able to make reservations, which was nice. The atmosphere was pleasant and we were able to enjoy happy hour while we browsed the menu. We ordered several different types of sushi and shared with each other. Very... More
