Poorly run. Poor leadershio. Not efficient. Owner is Unable to accept customer feedback to improve the experience for the customer( that without ) Owner wouldn't have a place to run. How quickly owners forget this concept. Read on..... Owner has a strong need to get the last word in and engage in power struggles with customers. She can not tolerate... More

I've stopped here with my husband several times over the last few days for coffee, pumpkin pie, muffins and juice. Staff are friendly and the coffee and food is good and there's endless options too!! To use the toilet you need a code so ask at time if ordering! Wifi is free and relatively reliable. It can get busy in... More

My fiancé and I stopped by for lunch during our Salem trip and we're overall impressed. Red Line Cafe is your basic cafe with various sandwich and coffee options and then some. Service from the staff were friendly and accommodating to my food allergy concerns. I was really surprised by the lemonade I ordered, which tasted fresh and crisp, unlike... More

Popped in here for a quick breakfast before walking around Salem. Quick and tasty breakfast and we knew where to go to get an iced coffee later on in the day.

This place offers a nice variety of choices for breakfast. Food was very good. Very casual. Place your order at the counter and they will call you when your food is ready.

Varied menu, affordable, centrally located in bustling stretch of Essex Street, and service is good. Crepes are good.

What an excellent latte! Definitely in the top 5 that I've had - and I've had them from around the World! A yummy selection of treats as well. Just wish they were open later - so we could enjoy the place after an evening walking tour.

I had coffee and a bagel sandwich for breakfast. The food is really fresh and the view of the town is great. A nice place to relax with coffee or tea.

The caprese sandwich was to die for. A panini with fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil and arugula. Nice people running it too. Husband enjoyed his ham and cheese panini

Thank Linda H
