After my disappointment at the Salem Diner, we went here, hoping for a better breakfast. It was FANTASTIC! I had the banana walnut chocolate chip pancake and I am still thinking about how amazing it was! Great service as well!

Deb's Diner doesn't feature in the tourist information we read before we visited Salem, but although first appearances are a bit underwhelming—don't expect gleaming chrome with a flashy neon sign—once you are seated inside you realise that you are in a real diner, one with heart and soul. The morning we visited the diner was packed with locals, all of... More

Went here for breakfast one morning. The food was superb and it seemed to be full of locals. Always a good sign. We were fully welcomed as 3 Brits on holiday and had a great chat with the people working there. A real American Diner experience in a classic building. They don't build them like this anymore and there aren't... More

Nice little diner. The staff was friendly and the tables were clean. My omelet was almost the same size as my plate and piled with delicious home fries and toast. I could only finish half my plate it was so much food, and only $9. I would eat here again.

Great food and atmosphere in this tiny diner in Salem. Great Eggs Benedict and non-stop hot delicious coffee. Deb is a character and her banter was entertaining. Well worth a stop for Breakfast

This is a Salem hidden gem! A vey small diner with a very big breakfast! Breakfast was phenomenal! Everything we had was delicious and the service was great as well. Keep in mind when ordering that portions are very big. Can't wait to return!

I lived in this area for a long time and never went in. What a mistake! Now that we live out of town, every time we come here, we make sure to have breakfast at Debs at least once... The food is 'real food', tasty and well made. Old time original Diner with great food, plus a picture of John... More

Lovely place with a lot of personality and great food. It's small and a lot of people visit it so I would recommend to go early. Service is fast and plates are huge.

We sat at the counter and got the full diner experience. The cook was constantly busy cooking his excellent breakfasts including all the regular breakfast stuff. But, to top it off, they also had some specialties like pumpkin cream French toast which was sooooo good. We loved it and if I lived nearer I would go their often. An authentic... More

Dropped in at lunch time and was treated to a real American Diner experience, warm welcome from Debs and her team and some great food. I love to go to these kinds of places and it's a shame they are now getting hard to find, but look hard and you will find them, and Debs is definitely worth it. Combination... More
