We stopped here on our way out of town. OMG! OMG! Delicate, buttery pastry. Chocolate croissant. Amazing! Local gem.

5 starts for the apple cake and bread 3 stars for the sandwiches My husband and I stopped here for lunch while looking around Salem. I got the marinato sandwich and my husband got the roast beef sandwich. We both weren't that impressed with the sandwich. There wasn't enough cheese on either sandwich to cover the entire sandwich and the... More

We got breakfast here. Twice. Would have gladly eaten every meal here! The Koug Amman is to die for!!! The chocolate croissant. Yummmmm! My daughter does not even like cinnamon rolls and she loved the ones we bought here. I am a baker and trust me this place is SO worth the visit!!!

You will not find better, or even close to better, olive bread and sticky buns! Down a small side street, but worth the hunt. You can eat it in or take out. My favorite twice a week stop!

If you are looking for excellence in bakery, and by that I mean the opposite of Wonderbread and Twinkies, this is your spot! Locally, seasonably sourced ingredients are used to make the most amazing breads and pastries. Take home or stay for lunch But don't expect to come here to work and borrow the free WiFi because there is none!... More

Come early in the morning to avoid the lines of locals (who would know better?) who start their day with absolutely fresh and delicious pastries and other baked goods and this great spot. Robust coffee -- superb! The staff is excellent and friendly and always cheery; they make it fun!

It is difficult to get good pastries in America and while they don't stack up to the best in France ( or Copenhagen) theses are some of the best Danish pastries I have had in the USA. Also got some to take home for dinner. Nice hot apple cider also went down well.

Very well run so even though there is often a line it moves quickly. Food is very tasty and fresh. Best bread in the area. Coffee is ok

Definitely the best bread I have had in the US. The cakes looked incredibly tempting, not filled with cream, they looked tasty . Our rolls were so sulking we could not manage anything else. I will definitely return for a cake.
