A stranger walks up and says may I join you. It turned out to be the owner of Brodie's Seaport. We needed an afternoon libation, so we stopped. While we watched some unusual examples of home sapiens walk by, the owner regaled us of the strangeness that invades Salem for Halloween. A young woman smartly dressed walked by and somehow... More

I stopped here for dinner while visiting in Salem with a friend was impressed with the quality of the food and the service. They have an excellent variety of food and a nice selection of beer, wine, and mixed cocktails. It's definitely worth a stop.

My son was really hungry that afternoon and just by checking the varieties in the menu, located at the entrance, we had decided to have our lunch in Brodies. The place is located right at the entrance of the Pickering Wharf. You have a choice to sit in open or inside the restaurant. I ordered the The Cowboy Burger, which... More

Sadly, I didn't try the food here. However, if the drinks and service are any indication, I will definitely be back!

My husband and I stopped here for a late lunch with our kiddos after a long day of walking/site seeing. We sat outside, mainly because our kids are little and tend to be on the loud side, plus, it was too beautiful of a day not to... Our waitress, Michaela, was excellent and very friendly and helpful. She spoke highly... More

Lobster roll Tuesdays = bargain. The service was slow though, especially when there were only 4 people in the whole restaurant. Regardless, great food for a great price.

Once we were seated it took forever to get anything, even the bill. Won't go back. Salem has too many other great restaurants to deal with bad service.

I had the Salmon Avocado salad and was entirely unimpressed by the old cucumbers, shaved carrot and tiny diced tomatoes clearly prepped for another dish. The dressing was not complementary. The fries, salmon, and calamari were over fried but the onion rings were great. The drinks were good and the waitstaff is fabulous. One likes working there enough to drive... More

Love stopping in for a great burger on a brioche bun or their fabulous fish sandwich! Wonderful food and service at a fair price.

The service and hospitality was awesome. Our server was very attentive and friendly but something must have been amiss in the kitchen as it took us 55 minutes to get 4 hamburgers. My burger, ordered medium well, was pretty charcoal-ed on the bottom so not tasty at all. The worst part though my sauteed mushrooms that made a crunch sound... More
