I thought that the food should be better due to the high price. Steak was not cooked correctly and did not have much flavor.

Happy hour is not long enough :(, We enjoyed the fresh pizza, bread, and other unique dishes that i can't remember. The servers are very knowledgeable on the different dishes and how its made. Its best to get the seating that overlooks the golf course and mountains. We sat facing the pizza oven.

Food and atmosphere wonderful. On my first visit, Sarah did a fantastic job of making us comfortable. She made good conversation and also made wonderful recommendations. We shared a starter of cheeses and cured meats that was the perfect size to share (3 cheeses, 3 meats...her recommendations). I followed with duck that was cooked to perfection and my dinner mate... The food was outstanding and the server, Jessica, was very knowledgeable about preparation details. The ambiance was beautiful and the views were suburb. Would definitely go again.

We had a groupon to use at Primo & did not know what to expect. We stayed overnight at the Marriott so we could enjoy a wonderful meal with drinks! Initially we were a bit concerned about our reservation since we were told the time had been changed from our Open Table reservation. We never changed the time and had... More

Not having eaten at a restaurant run by a James Beard Award winner, I never really understood the difference. In fact, I probably doubted the difference. No more. The quality of the food was phenomenal. The service was perfect (thank you Sarah). The preparation, with one exception, was just the best I've ever had. This review covers two nights (Aug... More

We have visited Primo twice the week. On both occasions the food was fantastic and the servers were great However on the first visit there was a big mix up with desserts which left us waiting over 30 mins. The server took the cost off the bill bit we were still a little disappointed. We have then a second chance... More

We had always been curious about Primo, but for some reason never dined there. This all changed when we purchased a handy Groupon! Setting up a reservation by phone was slightly unpleasant, the concierge didn't answer and instead our call was passed over to someone else whom seemed annoyed to have to deal with us. Looking past that however, the... More

The service and entrees were great. Try the saltimbocca if you get the oppportunity. Stay away from the artichoke appetizer. It is dry and very hard to eat, however, the flavor was pretty good.
