Opened in 1930, and maintained in excellent condition. This is a classic Arizona hotel, sprawling, lots of tile and Spanish accents, terrific art and artifacts everywhere. Located in a residential neighborhood, not on a busy street (am guessing the hotel was there first, with the big estates built around them later). Went for anniversary dinner. Started with drinks in the... More

It doesn't get much better than the old Arizona Inn - the dining room is wonderful. The food is great. Service is fabulous. Very old facility, very updated and clean and I love it there. It is Tucson CLASSY. Full of history. Make reservations. Walk around if you have time outside. I love it there.

Unfortunately this establishment has been left in the previous century. Service is very good, the setting staid and conservative all in all acceptable because it is The Arizona Inn. The food however is heavy, lacks creativity and is expensive. They need a serious review and rewrite of their menu. It's no wonder the dinning room is frequently empty.

After having had lunch here on a previous visit, we decided to try the main dining room for dinner with colleagues. The service was outstanding and the food was well-prepared. We had the tasting menu which was uniformly excellent and definitely showed the chef's talents. Recommended.

Went with family for breakfast, sat in the bar area, very relaxed atmosphere. We had the southwest Eggs Bennidict and regular Eggs Bennidict both very good along with a fruit salad that was very fresh.

I wanted to love this place. The cuisine is creative, but it doesn't quite hit the mark. The service is good, but not polished. Seems like there are mostly college students working in the dining room. The decor of the room is excellent, a pleasant meal, but not worth the money.

A friend recommended this Restaurant at the Arizona Inn. Usually they require reservations, but this was midweek and they were not too busy. They also have unofficially relaxed the dress code. Men were wearing flip flops and shorts and ladies were also in casual wear. Some were also dressed up. I like dressing for dinner but this time, we were... More

Had a delightful dinner here with a friend visiting from the East. We started in the cocktail bar and had dinner in the Main Dining Room. Service was excellent with a tidbit from Chef....Wasabi macaroon with tuna! Wow, a true surprise! Had short rib tacos, very juicy so had to readjust my plate to avoid spills. Chicken with sausage could... More

I ate her for lunch one afternoon with colleagues from U of A. This is a grand old hotel with an "old style" menu selection. I had a turkey sandwich that was well made, with actual sliced turkey, rather than a lunchmeat style of turkey. The sandwich was good, albeit a little on the dry side. A nice place for... More
