Casa Vicente was our go to place when celebrating a special occasion with family and friends in Tucson. The live music added a festive touch. Authentic tapas and the paella is as good as it gets. Be sure to order the paella in advance because...it takes a while. I understand the restaurant is closed for renovations. Hope to try them again when they open.More

A table for four, we ordered 8 tapas. We were comfortably full and more than satisfied. We had a wonderful Waiter, who was attentive but not overbearing, bringing continuous plates of tapas with perfect timing. Even our water glass was always full. Great presentation. Great...authentic atmosphere. We could not have had a mire pleasant evening of dining. It was as if we were in Spain. Who knew this gem existed in Tucson? We will be back.More

I really enjoyed this restaurant. This place has an extensive wine list. This restaurant characterizes itself as a tapas restaurant; however, the tapas dishes are HUGE! If you are on a date for two, the tapas portions are too big. This is too bad for...me because I LOVE variety. However, the atmosphere is fun if a bit kitschy (paper streamers, paper lanterns). The food is very good. The atmosphere is fun. There are a lot of seating options (the bar, the outdoor patio, traditional dining room, entertainment area w/ live music). This place would be great for a romantic date for 2 or a large group of raucous friends.More

Great atmosphere, traditional music and an amazing selection of tapas and Spanish classics. The wine list is also impressive and then owners are warm and welcoming. A must visit in Tucson.

One of best classical guitarists in the country plays here. Magnificent. Good food and drinks. Attentive service. We loved the eggplant tapas best. Memorable evening.

The food and general service were all very good. A fine selection of Spanish food with waitstaff who are good at explaining menu items and making suggestions. However, we were there on a TCC concert night and they were ill prepared to handle all those...having dinner before the concert. It took all of 45 minutes from the time they took our credit cards to get us checked out...and even that required us to go up to the bar and wait in line to do so. We barely got in to the concert in time. They explained they only had one person doing credit cards. Yes, they were busy, but should have known they would be since they required reservations. It's doubtful we will eat there before the next concert we attend.More

Mexican food specializing in sea food. About everything you can imagine, from oysters on the half shell to fish stew with octopus. The whole deep fried snapper is a must. Fish and shrimp tacos, very good chips and salsa with cold beer.

We went to Casa Vicente with 2 friends and ordered the paella in advance, with shellfish, seafood, chorizo and vegetables. Case Vicente requires a minimum of 4 people for the paella which must be ordered in advance. The paella was $68 for the 4 of...us. The flavor was great. The rice was excellent. The shrimp were unpeeled but delicious; but only 4 or 5 total. There were mussels but most of the shells were empty, and the mussels we had were tiny, albeit delicious. Same for the 2 or 3 clams, itty bitty though tasty. The chorizo was authentic: spicy and dense, perhaps 6 pieces total. There were no veggies other than peppers and maybe a few pieces of zucchini. We found no fish at all. We were not at all satisfied with the quantity. We did not complain because we had guests. If I ordered paella again, I would ask in advance how many shrimp are included and whether they include fish, as one expects in paella. Good quality and preparation but wholly inadequate seafood quantity.More
