Although this restaurant specializes in sandwiches there are also salads and some deserts as part of the menu. Large selection of sandwiches and you can customize including selecting the type of bread. I had a vegetarian sad which on wheat bread and it was pretty...good. The lemon cake was excellent. A bit pricey, but the quality of the ingredients and final results make up for this. Service was fast and friendly. The decor was also very nice. I would return to this restaurant.More

Baggin's is a local Tucson area sandwich shop that we have eaten at while on vacation for 20+ years. They have locations in Tucson and a few surrounding towns. We have eaten at 4-5 of their locations and have never been disappointed. Their sandwiches are...a nice change from a burger joint, Jimmy John's, Subway, etc. I usually order the Chicken RoJo, which is a version of a chicken salad sandwich served on 12 grain bread along with craberries, almonds and good quality lettuce. My husband usually orders the Sundown Baggin's which is like a leftover turkey dinner on bread! Once again, cranberries are part of the appeal. You also have your choice of adding a side dish, homemade soup and/or a dessert. All their sandwiches come with a small cookie tucked inside your "brown bag". Ordering a half sandwich and soup or salad is also an option. And if you don't want to order one of their "Signature Sandwiches" you can build your own. Their locations are fun! Great counter service when you order, they bring your "brown bags" out to your table whether you are sitting inside or outside. They have a nice clean restroom and freindly, helpful service. I am made to feel like I am an old freind when I eat here.More

This was my first experience with a Baggin's. The menu is overwhelming with the number of choices they had. The person who took my order was really snarky at me when I asked a simple question about the menu. When I got my food my...order was not correct and I realized that I had been overcharged for what I ordered. For the food I got, the soup was really salty and the sandwich bread was really nice and squishy. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again.More

I think the title fairly expressed my views on baggin's. I really do not understand how people think this is worth the cost. I have had multiple sandwiches for multiple locations - mostly business lunches and I cannot say I am the least bit impressed....The bread pedestrian, the meats are ok at best.More

There was few cubes of chicken in the Chicken Rojo and used cranberry jam instead of dried cranberries. The sandwich was not what it was described in the menu. The pastrami was good except the bread was not really a sourdough. The prices were stiff...for what you are getting.More

The sandwich was fresh and did not take long to come out. A step up from fast food and the choices were good would go back if in a hurry again.

On a recent visit to Tucson I had lunch at Baggin's. I'm not a huge "sandwich" eater so I ordered the Tomato soup and salad. The soup was amazing! I was so full from the soup I took my cobb salad home and ate it...the next day and it was amazing as well. If I had ordered a sandwich, I would have tried the egg salad because my daughter ordered it and she gave me a bite which was absolutely delicious. I will definitely go back. Wish they were in FL. I recommend Baggin's.More

We don't usually write reviews but this was so awful that we just had to share our thoughts. This was recommended to us and is advertised as a "gourmet" sandwich place?! We have eaten all over the US and have been to many sandwich places...and this was by far the worse, nothing gourmet about it. We ordered the Albuquerque turkey and it was totally soggy and we can't stand soggy bread, we asked for a new bun but that only made it marginally better. Than we ordered tomato basil soup, our favorite, and it was so spicy that we threw half of it away. The drinks were also terrible both the lemonade and the peach iced tea were so weak that we emptied our glasses and resorted to root beer! The only thing of the whole lunch that was passable was the chocolate chip cookie. We ended up spending $33 for a terrible lunch, we definitely won't be back and we won't recommend it to anyone. Made I add that we noticed some of the other sandwiches at other tables and although we didn't taste them they appeared to be anything other than gourmet!More
