I normally like this place, the courtyard is great and there is plenty of seating even at crowded times. But this time I must confess I was disappointed in the food - I chose the Avocado Toast and it was instead "a smear of guacamole"...toast - also quite spicy guacamole even after removing the peppers - so really not what was expected. . The (scrambled) egg was rubbery and the fried potatoes were both powdery and bland - my husband had the fries which were good and so we shared his. I left most of it. Pity!More

Open for brunch or lunch in a unique environment (both indoor and outdoor). Review the menu and place an order then the food is brought to your table. To my mind the portions were more than adequate. Give this place a try!

Not only is the food fantastic, but the mosaics on the patio are so attractive. I had the Salmon Nicoise, and it was delicious. I also had the (non-alcoholic) Sangria spritzer. The dessert case is a definite draw, and I couldn't pass up a chocolate...chip walnut cookie. Even my husband, who isn't a dessert person per so, had to have a slice of their lime custard dessert cake. At Cafe a la C'Art, you order at the counter and they bring the food to your table when it is ready.More

This is a cafe inside a museum. It wasn’t open at 9am for breakfast. As a visitor to Tuscon, we were confused by the description on Trip Advisor because the actual place wasn’t really available.

Loved the food, the coffee, and the atmosphere! Had a frittata with rosemary potatoes, an Americano, and a tropical lemonade. Everything was excellent!

Had lunch here before visiting the Museum of art. Restaurant is located in old family home with many smaller rooms with 3-4 tables per room. Also had outdoor dining. I had the Cafe Croque sandwich. Sooo good! Husband had the Chicken Cobb where they added...avacado and dates. Also delish! Mimosa topped it all off.More

Had a late lunch in the outdoor patio which was so relaxing and lovely. Panini sandwich which was unbelievable - fresh. I was temped for the desserts but too full.

Our late lunch here was one of the highlights of our recent trip to Tucson. We loved the airy outdoor garden setting (definitely would opt for that over the inside seating), friendly service and delicious salads (husband had the salmon salad and I the chicken...Cobb, which was a deconstructed salad including some unusual ingredients including dates!). I also had a wonderfully refreshing nonalcoholic “Citrus Cooler” that I’ll be trying to replicate here at home. While we didn’t sample them, the desserts looked fabulous too. I highly recommend this spot in downtown Tucson- as well as taking time in the adjoining Art Museum. (and gift shop). There is parking directly across from the museum/cafe.More

A friend recommended we all visit the Cafe a La C’Art downtown at the Museum of Art. We have never dined there - even after living in Tucson all these years! We parked across the street - no parking fees after 5:00 PM. It’s located...in a beautiful historical building near Main & Paseo Redondo. They don’t take reservations - just first come, first served. Their dining rooms are separate rooms mostly just for your group - each of different sizes. The menu is not large, but all of the food sounded good. We split the Cafe Croque and I had the margarita flight (3 small margaritas of different flavors - very good!). The finish was a split dessert - the fantastic chocolate bomb! Don’t miss the desserts - they had cake, bars, cookies and other specialty desserts! The last note is - their interior patio area is beautiful. If the weather is good - sit out there!More

It was much better than I expected for a museum cafe. They were good about practicing COVID protocols. My hamburger was big with cheese, avocado, bacon and greens with lots of fries. My wife’s sandwich was tasty and came with a huge salad. The staff...was friendly. It is fast casual so you order at the counter and they bring your food to you. The wait person was good about bringing me extra sauce for my burger.More

Food just OK. Service OK. Construction at the museum and annoying birds made for an unpleasant experience. Very disappointing.

There is no link on their website and I didn't find them on OpenTable. I really thought I had seen them on OpenTable, but I just checked and the app said to call the business. Perhaps you can email them for reservations.
