Always excellent food. Would recommend. The cashier is always very friendly. My food is prepared just the way I like it.

Really enjoyed the buffet options at this little gem! Limited selection but terrific choices: mongolian beef, sesame chicken, sweet n sour pork, veggie egg foo yung, hot n sour soup (3 types of soup), noodles, fried rice, lo mein, and more - also salad and...dessert.Less than $20 for 2 including beverages. We'll be back for dinner soon!!More
The place is small and the buffet is tiny but really good. You have to look for it it's hidden but the food is good. I wish they had more since I enjoyed it. Fried chicken at a Chinese restaurant was fun.
This is hard to beat for a $6.95 buffet lunch with a nice selection for ifferent dishes.and a few desserts. It is not great, but it is good for such a low price. LOTS of chicken dishes.Hours for the buffet are 11 am until 1...pm. AND if you are not into the buffet, they have a full menu also.More
Walked in saw it was the smallest Buffett we’ve ever seen. Still gave it a chance by getting a few items. Not a good selection at all. Hot & Sour soup was thick and had a very weird taste. Both of us tried a bite...of our food, got up went to the counter and paid without eating. Will never return nor try again. One star was because it had to have some kind of star marked.More
Had lunch here today, great parking, service was super, food was also very good. Jeanne had rye Sesame Chicken and 8 had the Kung Pao Chicken.
The service is TERRIBLE. Called to make a 7pm reservation for a party of two. Arrived at 0650pm and stated clearly that we had a reservation at 7pm for a party of two. She told us to "Sit anywhere". So we did on the other...side of the house. We sat until 0745pm and never saw a single server. I went to let them know that we waited for 55min and never got served. She went to talk to the manager, and someone came to usher us to the front of the house, telling us the excuse that they thought we were "part of a party of 15 that was coming in later". The food was underwhelming, but the service was ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.More
Everything is fresh and piping hot. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Food is extremely tasty. Other Chinese restaurants closer to home, but worth the extra drive.
Amazing food, Mongolian chicken is great! Dinner combos have a little of everything, soup, appetizers, entree and rice! Our server Xia was so nice and checked on us often and we always had a full drink! Portions were HUGE! Had almost 3 meals from one...entree!More
Tried for the first time tonight- hoping to find a Chinese joint closer to home . Took home General Tso chicken, Chicken Lo Mein and egg rolls. AWFUL!! General Tso was sweet- no heat at all, way too much coating.. Lo Mein sticky and over...cooked. Worst egg roll ever. Sorry to be so negative, but that was our experience tonight.More
Average food, the chicken in foil are good, but skip the soups and egg rolls, busy and they do alot of take out. Place needs to be cleaned and redecorated. Staff needs to be educated on content of their dishes.
Went for lunch because of a "coupon deal". Service was good and food okay. My negative review is that the place needs to be cleaned up. After lunch went to the rest room which was one of the dirtiest ones I've even been in. But...what made matters worse was the area before the restrooms which was just as dirty. The whole experience made me sick to my stomach. I could only imagine what the kitchen looked like. I'm not a fussy person but if I knew the dirt around the kitchen and restroom was like this, I never would have eaten here.More
I took my elderly mother here for lunch with her power chair and service dog. The restaurant was very accommodating by allowing us to sit in an unoccupied room away from the other patrons. That was good and bad at the same time. Good that...we had some privacy and space. Bad that we couldn't get proper service. Based on her physical restrictions and reading prior reviews, we both decided on ordering off the menu. My mother ordered the Lo Mein combination which came with an egg roll and soup. The lo mein came with both chicken and beef. There was plenty of food and we took most of it back. I ordered the shrimp with lobster sauce combination. I ordered the egg drop soup which was very good. I can tell they don't use much, if any, MSG. There was plenty of food for a very reasonable price. It took over 30 minutes to get our food which was quite long for a Chinese restaurant. Getting the check also took a while. The server was friendly, but just not very attentive.More
My roommate and I have very particular taste in Chinese food - and have been on a search for a new Chinese restaurant for takeout. Dragon's Palace has met our needs and so much more. They are affordable (we got some great coupons in the...mail) and their portions are huge! We got two orders of sesame chicken, an order of orange chicken, egg rolls, chicken lao mein, and of course white rice came with our chicken. Everything was delicious and even yummy heated up as leftovers throughout the week. This place is our new favorite spot and we cannot wait to order takeout from them again!More
With the plethora of Chinese restaurants, there are many in town to chose from. However, you will not regret eating at this one. Great service, delicious food, generous portions, what more can you ask for!!! Unlike some establishments that I have visited who extend their...portions by using celery and onions, this establishment actually gives you quality food without unnecessary fillers. The staff were amongst the friendliest I have found in Tucson restaurants. Overall, a very pleasant evening; the ambiance was standard Chinese restaurant, but it was easy to hold a conversation without shouting, unlike other establishments.More
