My wife and I were staying at the Posada Inn next door and come to the Gringo grill a few times at Happy Hour, for dinner one night, and then for breakfast. Covid makes everything awkward, but the staff was very professional and served great...food. As I said, you will not lose weight! The food is GREAT!More
Have not been here as a local for several years and of course with Covid times like everything else went totally downhill and running on a basic menu mainly for the hotel people snd ordered the nachos grande which used to be great and now...nothing but loads fake nacho cheese and chips and the steak they use was old and dried out could not even chew it and not much else on them but beans and jalapeños snd they skimped on the guacamole and didn’t even have salsa to go with them will not be back anytime soon if ever at least if you’re going to be open serve some decent food how can you screw up nachosMore
Part of the La Posada Lodge. Breakfast included in our stay. Buffet style with eggs bacon potstickers and sausage available at counter.
We are staying at the attached la Posada lodge and got a little lazy and decided not too to a different restaurant and went to this one for my wife's birthday. What a wonderful surprise. The food was great and our waiter though swamped was...great. Good job folks.More
My wife and I ate here for dinner one evening and for breakfast two mornings in early November last year during a two-night stay at the attached La Posada Lodge and Casitas. The breakfasts were included in our room rate at the lodge. I can't...recall exactly what we each had for dinner other than the entrees being Mexican, which of course is featured here. I do recall being satisfied by the food although not overly impressed with it, and satisfied with the service. The breakfast buffet each morning was more memorable since it was among the best we had on our Arizona vacation. The range of offerings and the quality were very good.More
Average at the very best, with taco meals to go offered. Tacos were tasty, but hardly what I would expect from a resort.
Brief menu with delicious, nicely crafted entrees. The Carne Asada Burrito was very tasty and reasonably priced. And, they threw in an order of awesome Churros with caramel sauce. Nice touch.
Alejandro was a great server with a lot of patience with our family full of loud silly kids. Food was very good and the new chef was accommodating to our kids likes since he hadn’t made a new kids menu yet.
Every person who assisted us was first class Front Deck-first impression The breakfast and service is perfection Pool and towels nice At night nice to know you have the option of going out or just staying at their restaurant with the best calamari
