The service was excellent. Guacamole made right before your eyes! The food was very tasty and and the appearance of the food on the plate was appealing. Menu has various choices from mid priced to higher end. The setting on the patio, overlooking a golf course lake was beautiful. One of my favorite places, even in summer.

I took my daughter for dinner on her birthday to the flying-V. The food was absolutely prepared to perfection and I like to say it wonderful thank you to Abe our server he was extremely attentive to our needs and Mr. H. Rock Saul was the manager on duty and he checked on us several times during our meal to... More

We are platinum members at Loews, so we come to this place a lot. Very chilled out upscale southwestern atmosphere, and definitely an quieter crowd. The food is really good! There is a nice view over the golf course and large koi pond. Ask to get a table alongside the windows and go when there is a monsoon coming, or... More

This restaurant is nestled high in the foothills and in offers an exceptional view of the city from the patio. The food and service are consistently good, but plan on paying top dollar for the experience. If you're looking for something out of the ordinary then you should give this restaurant a try.

Drove along way for just average food. The cornbread is really good; the prickly pear margarita is excellent but the rest of the food is just so so.

This top-rated restaurant overlooks the greens of Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in the northeast corner of the Tucson highlands. Quiet, peaceful, upscale restaurant, with a fairly limited, but eclectic menu. We shared a very large chili reyonno, stuffed with seasoned rabbit. This would have been an ample meal by itself. Main course was salmon and a full rack of pork... More

Loews Ventana Canyon area. The Flying V Bar and Grill is SO good, and so neat to be there. Fabulous food/drinks. The evenings at sunset sit outside on the neat patio by the water fall and golf course. It can be very romantic. You must go. It's wonderful. I go every time I visit Tucson.

I love seared Ahi and had already decided to order it a week before my visit to the Flying V. It was so good but then so was the steak another night, and on the 3rd trip, we split the Ahi and Diver Scallops!

The service was exceptional, atmosphere wonderful with beautiful views of the canyon, and the food was excellent. We had a party of 4 and everyone raved about their meals. I had salmon (cooked perfectly) and another table mate especially loved her scallops. We tried the table side guacamole as recommended in other reviews. We were not disappointed. This is a... More
