We entered the restaurant at 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night and were greeted by two very cheery, smiling hostesses asking us if it will be two for dinner and our preference for where we would like to sit. We chose the outside patio area since there was a nice evening with a gentle breeze. There are misters out on... More

This is a "special occasion" restaurant from my boys (ages 7 and 8). They love the fire and the show that the chefs put on. Always great food. A little pricey, but worth it for a special occasion.

Nice selection of cooked Japanese food. Really liked their Korean Barbeque. Service was very good. Nice space to eat in and can do Korean grill right at table.

To be entertained while your dinner is being cooked is fantadtic, for that food to taste great also, divine. We had a wonderful dinner of steak and shrimp, vegetables and fried rice cooked right in front of our eyes and everything tasted great. A very nice evening

Enjoyed having lunch here with my family! Not the best Japanese food I've necessarily had, but tasty, generous portions, well-priced with friendly staff and cooks. I read the other reviews that said that this restaurant has lost some loyal customers - too bad! It could explain the quiet lunch crowd we encountered at 12:30 on a weekday.

The other reviews do not do this place justice. Yes it's an old building BUT the staff was friendly, entertaining, and the food was great! I was scared to even go here based on the prior reviews but I left not only satisfied but impressed! One of the best teppenyaki restaraunts I've been to just based on the fun experience... More

This was once a nice place to eat with visitors to town. Now it is really bad. The place needs a facelift and clean up. The overall impression is that it is dirty and greasy. The food still tastes OK but the cooks at the tepanyaki tables are no longer entertaining they just give the impression that they want to... More

For well over 10 years, Sakura was our favorite sushi restaurant. From date nights to babysitter nights, it was our favorite go-to place, several times a month. After a hiatus of around 2 years (our 8 year old son does not like sushi), we went back for a date night, full of anticipation of a great dinner. What a disappointment!... More

My wife and two pre-school age children accompanied me to Sakura on a Sunday for lunch. Let me start by saying the service is outstanding. Very friendly from the time we walked in, the waitress was great, and the chef put on a great show. The food was also very good, we tried the calamari, steak, chicken, and veggies. All... More
