Cheap eats. This is a small family run business. Not fancy, but very good home made food. Lots of items to choose from. I had a Carna Asada taco and a green corn tamale with a side of rice, beans and a fresh tortillas. Just great simple Mexican food. Garenteed, to make you want to come back soon.

I have been eating here for 25 years, it is still amazing! If you want authentic Mexican food at a great price, drive there now, you will not be disappointed! I love the large thin tortillas! They have breakfast burritos, fresh beans, tamales, tacos and on and on, I hope these guys stay open for years to come!

Visited this restaurant to pick up a very large order for work. We called ahead and the food was ready when I got there - exactly when they said it would. A little surprising considering it was lunch rush. Order was accurate, food was absolutely delicious and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this place!!

This is located in an area where they are surrounded by great Mexican food competition, and they still stand out. Barrio Hollywood restaurants can compete with anything on the southside or elsewhere. This place is mostly for take-out, but there are a few tables to sit and eat at.

Everything is wonderful, ESPECIALLY the chile rellenos, red chile, tortillas, tamales, and beans. One of the only places to get real carne seca and tres leches cake.

I love this place it looks like a hole in the wall but come to realize those are the ones that have the most favorable foods. I ordered a burrito and it was just finger licking good. The staff is so responsive to everyone's needs as work well together.

My husband and I full time rv and always look for a locals style spot to eat along our travels. The carne asada chimi was delicious. Very crisp outside, a little difficult to eat, but the meat inside was superb. Just simply great home style cooking flavor. We'll definitely be going back especially since it is in walking distance of... More
