Had been here for lunch and bar a little while back. Since here for a round of golf ( which is a real treat and unknown to most ) Arranged to make reservations for a dinner. The views we saw before drew us back. Surprised...by the food... it was great and would cost much more somewhere else. We had a special for two people. Called date night, but any two people can do. We each were able to order what we wanted for a three course fine dining meal and price included a bottle of wine to share. Busy, need reservations. Everything tasted great. Loved the desert too....More

We ate at the Preserve for our Grandsons 13th Birthday. The boys had Cheeseburgers and the Grandparents had Prime Rib and Baked Stuffed Salmon. The Boys chose Steak Bites for an Appetizer and Grandma and I shared the Seared Ahi. Everything was great including the...service. I’d certainly eat here again even though it’s a 40 minute ride from Dove Mountain, but well worth it.More

We live in SaddleBrooke, so it's a "local" restaurant for us. It clearly is the best of our several restaurants. I highly recommend to others who live outside of SaddleBrooke to make a reservation and come here for dinner. It would make a great place...to bring a date or spouse. It has class, killer views, professional servers and excellent food. On Sunday nights they offer a steak and lobster special for only $35. My steak was done exactly as I ordered it and the lobster tail was a good size. Everything about the evening was done right and it made for a special night out.More

Four of us enjoyed dinner at The Preserve of Saddlebrooke. We all ordered salmon, and we were not disappointed. The presentation and taste were exceptional. I ordered cream of asparagus soup and it was excellent too - I would highly recommend it. The view at...this restaurant is worth the visit.More

There is just no view that compares to the one at the Preserve. It simply takes your breath away. The wrap around outdoor patio offers exceptional views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. The patio offers dining and drinks and is the perfect way...to end your golf round. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. The bar menu offers a lot of choices. Definitely a must outing in Saddlebrooke. Even if you don’t golf, it is such a wonderful place to relax and eat. You will not be disappointed.More

By far the best restaurant in the neighborhood for fine dining. Always feel like we're in a resort....from the moment you enter the building to the final end of the meal. Amazing views always impress visitors....and then the meal does the same. Have eaten here...many times and have never been disappointed by the quality, quantity or cost of the meal. Excellent wait staff, good wine selection, delightful hostess. Will continue to return.More

The menu has a good variety. We especially enjoy lunch there because of the view. We have taken many guests there and no one has been disappointed.
