We went here and ordered the fried macaroni and cheese. They were delicious except I had an allergic reaction just a few minutes after. The manager said I was having a panic attack. I told my husband to please call 911. I was throwing up in the bathroom, feeling so weak, heart pounding, feeling like I couldn't breathe. They brought... More

I'd dined at a Romano's Macaroni Grill years ago, thogh not this one in the review, and did not remember if I liked it or not so I was not ''all-in" when my wife suggested we try this establishment for lunch as we had the grand-kids with us. The staff and service was exemplary and they went above the norm... More

The restaurant has excellent Italian cuisine. You can order at the grille or have a table/booth in the main restaurant and receive waiter service. The menu has many selections to choose from. They also have lunch express specials which makes for a quick lunch for the working clientele. The selections are nicely seasoned and tasty, Service is prompt and courteous.... More

Located two blocks from Olive Garden, which is always packed, while this restaurant is never full. Now I know why. My girlfriend and I went for dinner which was a fine experience. Very friendly waiter, great service, food was ok. Not as good as Olive Garden, but not bad terrible. A week later we went for coffee and dessert and... More

My wife and I had the pleasure of doing lunch, and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food, and the friendly and efficient service. I have not visited this restaurant in many years, but I would definitely include it in my Italian restaurant rotation. The menu is comprehensive and the dishes we enjoyed were much better than... Part of a national chain. Similar to Olive Garden, but I like Romano's food a lot better. Have several lunch specials. Had the Carmela's Chicken -- roasted chicken, rigatoni, caramelized onions, mushrooms and creamy marsala sauce. It was very tasty especially the marsala sauce. Their rosemary bread is also very good. Got the Lemon Cake to go.

We visited for lunch and after being ushered to our seats my wife and I waited and waited for any sort of service. Just as we were about to get up and leave Daniel, who was working the bar area, came to our table having observed that we were receiving no waitress service. Daniel got our waters, took our meal... We visited on a cold rainy day, and were warmly greeted and introduced to an absolutely delicious menu, with great wines. The restaurant was warm, the food great and the service wonderful - thank you Dan!

We've been here a few times, and came recently for lunch but it just wasn't much of value. Nice atmosphere, ok wait staff, but the $7.95 lunch menu was just above what one would get at a fast food place... we were underwhelmed and disappointed.

We had a good dinner, but getting seated, waited on and served was a bummer. After finally being seated we waited 15 minutes for the waiter and then 20 minutes for our dinner. Putting that aside, the food was good, served hot and big enough portions we had several things to take home.
