I argued with all of my selves about how to post this negative review of a Tucson Icon/Legend/Beloved Landmark, not just because it breaks my heart, but because if I commit this here--it becomes real to me in reality. I can see an inkling of...More

Our server, Doc, took great care of us while here. The meat was great, the sides better than average. Overall a really nice experience. Opens at 5 and gets super busy after the first hour. Also houses the only public restroom in Trail Dust Town.

Located within the Wild West Village in Northeast Tucson. Arrived about 730 pm on Friday night and had to park very far away in a dark lot full of holes and potholes. The place was not full and i was seated right away. The atmosphere...More

Our visit to Tucson almost always takes us to the Wild West town on Tanque Verde Road. Pinnacle Peak Steak House and Wild West Village. The gun fight show is Great. Very family friendly. The actors involve the crowd with funny remarks. It is so...More

Most of the cool things I heard about Pinnacle Peak were just as described. The Western vibe, the collection of ties hanging from the walls and ceiling...everything seemed so promising upon our arrival. What was so disappointing was first, the length of time we had...More

They don't allow neckties to be worn, if you wear on, they make a big production over cutting if off, so of course people wear them just to have them cut off! They hang the ties they cut from the rafters. There are displays of...More

I was surprised to read one of the negative reviews of this well established steak house. We been coming here over 35 years and have never had a bad experience or meal. We frequent it with out of town visitors and they love the setting,...More

I made reservations for 20 at this restaurant 5 months before an Army Reunion. It was the easiest reservation I've ever made. We were allowed separate checks. The day of the reservation, the restaurant called to reconfirm. I told them we didn't have as many...More

Good food, entertainment, and wonderful surroundings. We always visit this steakhouse on our trips to Tucson and love bringing friends who have never been. Fun times.

Description
For over 50 years, Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse has served Tucson. Locally owned and operated, Pinnacle Peak takes great pride in serving real Western food in an authentic Old West atmosphere. Opening in 1962, Pinnacle Peak became famous for good food and good fun. Guests were encouraged to relax and enjoy a hearty steak dinner. The "No Ties Allowed" policy has always been a part of the Pinnacle Peak mentality. In 1971, a fire roared through the property and completely destroyed Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse. Like a Phoenix rising from the ashes, Pinnacle Peak and the Silver Dollar Saloon were rebuilt bigger and better than ever. Since then, we have entertained everyone from locals to guests from all over the world. Modern day Trail Dust Town contains not only Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse, but local shops, amusement rides, stunt shows, the Savoy Opera House banquet facility, and the Museum of the Horse Soldier. Kick back, relax, and take a trip back in time. Remember, no ties allowed!
