Came here for family birthday. We were told that we would be seated in 30 to 45 minutes, and an hour and 45 minutes later we had to complain to be seated, no apoligies, no excuses. I have in the past referred many out of town people to this restaurant, I will never do it again. Food quality has also... More

My co-worker and I stopped here after obtaining several referrals. Upon arrival at this location, it looked like a tourist attraction with the restaurant and several others stores and buildings attached. As we approached the entrance to the restaurant, several Cowboy characters were standing outside ready to do a paid stunt show. We passed and went to eat. We were... More

We have been to Pinnacle Peak many times over the years. To sum it all up - prices going up, food quality going down. This last visit was the final straw . . . Steaks were barely edible, very poor quality meat - hamburgers were over cooked and tasted burnt - the salads before the meal tasted like last week's... More

This is a terrific restaurant for large groups with or without kids. It's wonderfully decorated, food is good and plentiful and it's just plain fun. I've enjoyed many a good meal with friends. Nice to stop at if you're in Tucson for a vacation.

We are locals who have enjoyed taking our out-of-town guests to Pinnacle Peak-especially for a steak. Over the years, we have rarely been disappointed until last Sunday evening. We were a party of 10 who were celebrating a family birthday. Some of our steaks were a little too done. By the time we received our food, we were hungry enough... More

Had dinner last night at this nice western style restaurant. The staff is dressed in western style clothing and each have a cowboy type name. Our meals were good and the staff was attentive to our party. I had the cowboy cut steak and it was cooked exactly the way I asked. We were seated near the open pit area... More

Had dinner at Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse. Food was excellent and reasonably priced, service was excellent. Beware that this is quite a noisy place to eat though - not unpleasant in any way at all - just lots going on.

I dined here with my family while visiting Tucson. Great atmosphere. Great cocktails. We ordered a picture of margaritas. I had the filet. It was perfect. They brought bread and beans for the table. Also great. We had the brownie for dessert. It was the perfect ending for a great meal. The service was great also! We will def be... More

The ribs and steaks were delicious. There aren't options for sides but they are going for an old West atmosphere so it's understandable. It was kind of loud and busy. Definitely a touristy place but I definitely recommend checking it out.

We decided to go to Pinnacle Peak for a Birthday dinner, at this time the Menu posted is now out dated, prices have changed and so has some food items . I had the Open Ranger dinner, slices of pit beef w/mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans (not the corn on the cob on the on line menu) The rest... More
