I'm not so fond of meat but every so often the need is upon me. This is the place to go.service was perfect.the steak was beyond perfection..the price was worth it. It was perfection with cutlery...I am drooling just thinking about it again.need i say more

I don't mind paying a little more as long as the place deserves it and Li'l Abner's fits that description. We ate there twice during our week trip to Tucson. The atmosphere is fantastic. Our server's name was Amber and she was wonderful. I am 52 years old and I would put their bone in Ribeye ($34.95) on my top... More

Almost fainted when we saw the $42,95 price for a t-bone..All you get for side is some iceberg lettuce & beans w/bread soaked in margarine. Steaks were good but atmosphere is primitive..Lots of smoke from the grill outside makes dining outside unpleasant.

I had heard about L'il Abners for years but never been. My niece and her family took me there for dinner. It is rustic, with picnic tables inside and out. Lots of writing on the walls from previous patrons and a lovely picture of John Wayne over the fireplace. They do now have menus, which makes it nice to see... More

My friends picked me up at the airport and took me to Lil Abner's. This is an old, historic location that was a stage stop for the Butterfield Express stage line in the early 1800's. I had no idea of what to expect and as it was already dark I didn't really grasp the expanse of the facility. It is... More

Went here on a recommendation of a local and it was great. Staff was on point and the beer was cold. Steak was really good along with the rest. Different from the normal but not for snobs. Anyone visiting from the south east would love it!!

We only live about 15 miles from this place but hadn't been back for over 10 years because it seemed expensive. We went with out of state guests and we all enjoyed it! Our steaks were delicious and melted in your mouth with absolutely no waste to them what so ever. We each had a 7 oz. filet that was... More

Meat is cooked outdoors on open firepit. Portions are real big. This place is not for vegetarians! Had the beef ribs, steak and pork ribs. All cooked great. The haunting stories that go with this old stagecoach stop made the meal memorable.

We get to Li'l Abner's Steakhouse in Marana on the west side of I 10 at least once a year. There's nothing fancy. Just a rock solid effort for meat eaters......from cowboy steaks, to rib eyes, sirloin, ribs..........with baked potatoes, corn on the cob.....always prefaced by a lettuce salad with your choice of dressing. Photos of old western film stars,... More

This place is an old stagecoach stop. Very rustic but historic. A must visit at least once. Food is big and you eat on old picnic tables. Had the beef ribs and t-bone. Signature dishes, flavor is outstanding due to being cooked outside over open flames using mesquite wood. Great outdoor area with old folk music on the weekend. Give... More
