Great selection of flavors with a neat circular case. The service was excellent and everything looked clean and neat. They also serve great coffee drinks.

Stumbled upon this place next to Grimaldis. Really delicious and rich gelato on many possible flavors. Not as pricey as some othwrs, too. But... they did not have any CHOCOLATE, can you imagine! So my chocoholic hubby had none!

Though the name changed, the sorbetti and gelato are the same recipes with amazing natural ingredients. My favorite is the pineapple/basil. My hubby and daughter are vegan and also dairy allergy. Finding yummy desserts is not easily done. Today she had strawberry and lemon, and I had the pineapple/basil and cantelope. My Mom, who doesn't have a dairy issue had... More

my husband and i went to Allegro this past weekend. This Gelato is amazing--the pistachio was perfect and the cream Gelato melts in your mouth. The staff is great and more than willing to give multiple taste samples.

Thee nicest gelato I have ever tasted. Chocolate flavour was my favourite. Please come to Ireland so I can have some more.

The man who opened this gelato place is from Lake Como Italy and he brought over his gelato family recipes to Tucson. This is the best gelato and is just across the street from the University of Arizona Campus. They also have latte's and coffee drinks to. You can also try the flavors before deciding which ones you want. GO AND... More

One of my favorite memories and experiences traveling in Italy was eating Gelato. It has been incomparable until we had it at Allegro. The owner is from Italy and the attention to detail, quality and taste is superb. So happy to have such an authentic place right here in Tucson!

This is probably Tucson's best gelato. Instead of soapy grease like you get at Frost--the gelato is light and creamy and the delicate flavors come through with a professional chef -like quality. But--to finally get the gelato in your mouth is the hard part. The place is small and it is challenging to see the gelato choices with the way... More

Probably the Best gelato I've had in Tucson. This is the first time I went with crazier flavors, I had pineapple basil and a strawberry mix. They let you taste the flavors too and they had some interesting spices at it like saffron and just plain cinnamon gelato. The price was reasonable too. My only suggestion is it gets a... More

Went here the other night for a Gelato. It was fantastic. Busy..too. The display counter is like something from a Space Ship and causes a lot of ooohs and aaahs...!! The different flavors are great, lots of variety...They had Cantaloupe Melon the night we went and I had that with Tiramasu, both were delicous and so creamy. A definate stop... More
