Upscale, drinks, atmosphere, fade. A good place to spend hours with friends while drinking. Pristine. The staff is extremely professional and make your experience worth while.

We celebrated our triplet's 19th birthday at Azul. Our waiter was fantastic, we could not have asked more of him. We also received a free dessert for each triplet, which was very much appreciated. However, the food simply fell short of expectations. The individual pieces of calamari were hidden in a bed of lettuce, our roles came out after our... More

We stopped in for a light lunch after spending the morning at the spa. The views of the pools and surrounding mountains were beautiful! Our waitress was friendly and attentive and our salmon sliders were yummy!!

Get salmon on any salad and I promise you will not be disappointed. I'm tempted to go back and have another.

The moment you walk into this resort hotel you know it's upscale and pricey, but it's actually worth it if you're looking for a special occasion location. The food, service, lounges, entertainment and rooms are consistently exceptional. If possible, visit during the summer months to get reduced rates and lesser crowds as compared to the winter months when the snowbirds... More

Met family here for lunch. There were six of and we all ordered different dishes. Everyone enjoyed there food but I feel the service was lacking. Our server was not as attentive as it should have been for a group of six. Food was good renough to return at a later date.

The food was great but the experience was notable because of the service. Dani T. and Sean S. were sincere and friendly. Servers with a sense of humor are what can make a dining experience memorable.

I came into the resort restaurant shortly after check in and was surprised to get immediately seated without issue. Other times I have visited the resort (perhaps busier times) a reservation has been advised. Anyway, definitely ask for Raymond. He was our server and went above and beyond. Also, definitely try the scallops! They are great portion (not too small... More

When staying at the La Paloma we ate twice at Azul. I highly recommend the lemon ricotta pancakes and the chef's omelet. The pancakes are more than enough to split with someone and the omelet is oozing with machego perfection.

Ate dinner here while staying at Westin La Paloma. It had good reviews so we decided to try it. Service was great, hostess and server! Very friendly and attentive. The bottle of wine we ordered was good, but they did leave it sitting in table with no cooler or ice bucket which was different for a Chardonnay. Calamari appetizer was... More
