The most excessively expensive and unremarkable sandwich I've ever had. Ordered the "unforgettable baggins" which, unfortunately, did not live up to the name. First and last visit.

This restaurant has the best sandwiches and salads and is convenient if you are at the Tucson Gem Show. Always busy, so leave enough time. Wish they had more locations in NW Arizona.
It gets busy and calling in your order does not mean that you will grab and go when you get here. It's not Jimmy Johns, but you will taste the difference in these thoughtful and fresh sandwiches that always come with a warm chocolate chip...cookie. Enjoy your freaky good sandwich!More
Great deli venue. Sandwiches made to order with amazing bread choices. Their rum cake is one of the best! Add sprouts to any sandwich and you'll be pleasantly surprised :)
We ate at Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches, 5420 E Broadway Blvd #260, Tucson, last Wednesday evening. We were there in the early evening (about 6:00) and chose various items from the menu. After waiting a while (which was odd, because no one was in line and...no one else was dining), we were then told that they were out of several items and we needed to re-order (most notably they were out of the chicken salad for the Chicken Rojo and the Almond Chicken Breast Salad). What we finally ordered consisted of The Cowboy (grilled sandwich), the Afternooner (grilled sandwich), Sundown Baggins (cold sandwich) and the Chef Salad (bread bowl salad). The food was "OK" considering the prices (almost $9 each for the sandwiches and almost $10 for the salad). But the real challenge was the staff. These folks must have had a bus to catch or something, because they literally could not wait for us to be out of the place so that they could clean up for their 7 PM closing time. That combined with an argument about asking for a second small container of salad dressing to eat with the ginormous salad made our experience a "will not go back". We're really not sure what all the fuss is about re: Baggins Gourmet. Give me Panera over these guys any day.More
The place to go for yummie sandwiches! Both the regular and GF Almost Rueben sandwiches were very good! If the cheese were indeed melted it would have been excellent! The pastrami was delicious! The Spiced Iced Tea was yummie!
Baggin’s Gourmet has been around for (20 yrs?) a very log time. They do a great job with earthy sandwiches and have great soups and salads. Prices are medium-high but the quality is well worth it. The large dining room can be a bit noisy...during their busy lunch hour, but that just shows how popular this place is.More
I absolutely love Baggin's and actually consider traveling to Tucson just to have Baggin's. On my recent trip, I ate at Baggin's for lunch every day for 3 days in a row. Although I have yet to find a Baggin's I don't like, this is...my favorite location. It has a larger seating area than some of the other locations. I love, love, love the veggie sandwich and the sesame noodle salad, not to mention the divine spice iced tea. The cookie is a lovely extra.More
We especially enjoy being greeted by friendly staff with home baked cookies that are soft and delicious! Cookies coming in, cookies going out. Calorific but worth it.
I've been to Baggin's Gourmet sandwiches several times and several locations around Tucson. This is my favorite location - the sandwiches are awesome !! Have tried many different sandwiches - all fantastic !! Can't pick out my favorite . . . Can be busy during...lunch, not too bad for dinner. Love the cinnamon spice tea - worth the trip right there !! Recommended for couples, singles, groups, and kids. Can't miss location for a great sandwich - highly recommended !!More
