Alas, a child of the North End in Boston has spoiled me for all others. That said, we decided to find a restaurant on Federal Hill for lunch. Andino's had a good rating so I went with an open mind. Small but charming the the wrought Iron designs separating the bar area from the dining area brought me back to... More

Restauraunt is located right in the beginning of Federal Hill. Valet parking. Small restaurant, but very nice. Sat at the counter. Service was great. Large Sangria list & drink list, but very disappointing wine list. Apps (snail salad Andino style & scallops) were good. Entrees Veal picatta & Veal Andino, albeit small, were both just ok......may return

So so meal. Baked potato tasted as if it has been refrigerated and warmed over. Was very hungry but overall I was disappointed. Maybe something else would have been better.

Make sure that you are real hungry when you come here since the portions are huge. My wife ordered an eggplant rollatini appetizer. Not only was it good but it was large enough for an entree. The eggplant parmigiana entree was very good we should have left more for the leftover lunch a day later. That was real good as... More

Ordered from the menu: Fettucinni Alfredo, and Linguini w red sauce. Waitress was ok not that friendly - apparently a member of the family. Asked for additional red sauce because it was a little scant. I received about 2 T so I asked for a little more to cover the pasta. The third time I was given vodka sauce -... More

Sinatra in the air, a devilishly good peach vodka sangria in my hand and an inscrutable smile on my face. There is the offer of a pile of calamari that I just can't refuse. Exquisite. Andino's is nestled on Federal Hill amongst a clutch of great Italian restaurants. Is it the best? I don't know...but I doubt whether there are... More

We sat in the outside patio on a warm evening which was a perfect location. I had the Sangria special which was delicious to start the evening. Our server was great and informative and did not rush our order. The menu had a great selection of options, though I chose the wrong meal. The linguini with clams was bland and... More

Food was excellent and restaurant was extremely accommodating to our food allergies, I called ahead and they were super helpful with answering questions and what we could eat and server was very attentive. Non allergy family members enjoyed their food as well. They have GF pasta although it does have corn in it. Normally I would give a restaurant like... More

We took a day trip to Providence, RI, and on a recommendation from my family, we had lunch at Andino's on Federal Hill. Valet parking was in a lot across the street, but we also found a metered spot on the same block, which saved us a few bucks. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable and quick to advise... Made my reservation through the TripAdvisor app after reviewing my choices. Our table was ready and waiting for us. From the time we sat down until the time we left; all of our needs were attended, the food absolutely delicious, portion sizes huge. Their sangrias were amazing as well. I would definitely go there again and would recommend it to... More
