Our server was by far terrible! Food was screwed, service was horrible. Never checked on us, until we were finished. And said "all set?" We will never return. Very young man with little to no experience with customers. I manage restaurants and would never allow an employee with such disgusting attitude.

We have visited this restaurant a few times when we are in Providence. Very close to Brown University, and it definitely has the college feel. Good choices for food, excellent prices, and most times, the staff is friendly and helpful. Our last visit rates a 1 star, however - after a long afternoon at a swim meet, we had a... More

It's the same food you find at their chain stores in other locations, but with a bit of a parking hassle at times. It's a pricey burger but the shakes are as good as you've heard!

I was really happy to see this Johnny Rockets during my visit to Brown. The Malts are made just as ordered, and the burger was, well, classic Johnny Rockets.

Yummm!!!! I love the burgers here. I love the 50's theme of the restaurant and how good the food is after going to the bar or just out with friends. They're open pretty late and the staff is usually really nice. They have really good shakes too.

My husband and I took our two kids (3 & 7) here after visiting the Providence Children's Museum. I had been to a Johnny Rocket's before in another state and thought it would be great. This location is a disservice to the brand...the inside of the restaurant was very dismal and dirty-looking (looking back we should have just left right... More

It was a beautiful Sunday here in Providence, my in-laws had just arrived from New Hampshire and we were all hungry for a late lunch/early dinner. I thought it would be fun to walk over to Thayer Street, and we chose to eat at Johnny Rocket's. When we first walked in, there were several young men standing around the counter... More

old fashioned style of burger restaurant in the 50's mode. old style counter, uniforms and way of serving. you will like the fries as well and if they have apple pie get it they are outstanding. so go back in time and get some really good food. wait staff are fun and quick and friendly. eat hearty.

Came with my kids for lunch on a Sunday. Took 15 minutes for our order to be taken, another twenty five minutes to just get the drinks brought out....still waiting for our food. Would've walked out but didn't want to send the wrong message to my kids. My girls' insist that I give it two stars since they like the... More
