This was my second experience and it's a low value experience. The food is fresh and well prepared but the prices are expensive for what it is. There is nothing rare or spectacular about this food, nor are the portions outrageously large. Besides that, our server was either overwhelmed or deliberately didn't want to attend to us. We were a... More

It was our first time at this type of place. The place looks very good. Each tables are separated between each other. The server explained us about the menu. We ordered two sets of 4 course dinners for 4 people and four salads. It was enough. The cocktails were good, but they added too much ice. We had a great... More

My wife and recently had a date night out at The Melting Pot in Providence. We've been before a couple of years ago and remembered it to be a fun, albeit expensive dinner experience. This place has SERIOUSLY gone downhill since then. We had 7:30 reservations and were made to wait to be seated even though the place was empty.... More

I went here with friends after work on a Friday night. The food was really good but very expensive. I wouldn't recommend bringing small children since you cook your own meat in some kind of hot oil type fondue pot. The dessert was my favorite part. I would go again just to do dessert alone. The actual meal wasn't quite... More

Our party of for had a fantastic three course meal with drinks. The meal can get very pricey but I felt it was worth every penny. The seating is quiet and intimate. Even though we were around other diners the whole evening felt quiet and secluded. The food is amazing with rich flavors and the experience is fun, interactive and... More

We had a great meal, but it was pricey for 3 people we spent over $150 with tip - them again we are good tippers. Make sure you have plenty of time, it takes about an hour and a half to 2 hours once you're seated to get thru a 4 course meal. Our waitress was amazing the hosts and... More

This is a fun restaurant. The seating was private and cozy. The service was awesome. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. She walked us through how everything works and we really enjoyed the hands on experience. The cheese sauce was delicious. We each had a four course meal that included a cheese fondue appetizer, a salad, a choice of three... More

I have always liked Melting Pot and this visit reminded me why I enjoy it. The concept is great while the food is outstanding and the service is terrific. The ambiance is quite nice and the prices, while not cheap, are worth it. We were in town for a conference and went to Melting Pot for dinner as a group.... More

It was first time for me to eat fondue. The foods are so nice. But most of all, the service is very good. The staffs are very kind and understandable. And this menu is so good to eat in cold winter. The price is little bit expensive but it is OK.
