We showed up without a reservation, as we had just arrived in town without dinner plans. We had hoped to hear the musician playing in the large dining room, but we were seated in a back room next to a large, noisy group. Our server got us started with drinks and then asked if we might rather sit in the... More

Enjoyed our meal at Twin Owls. Made a reservation day of and had no problems getting seating. Servers were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Would go back if in the area again.

My husband ordered the elk tenderloin. Very good, but he loved the smashed potato. I had the braised ribs. Not nearly as tender as I hoped, but the mashed potatoes were amazing! The view is truly amazing, the staff was great, but in my opinion, not worth the price.

I took my girlfriend here for her birthday. Very nice atmosphere for dinner. Tasted elk for the first time, truly amazing. I wish I would have ordered more. We met the manager in the parking lot and told him we were coming back that evening for dinner. I do not remember his name but he was very nice. Now to... More

It's a tad on the pricey side, but honestly I think it's the only really nice restaurant in town. My fiance and I started with a sample of 3 appetizers, we got a bottle of wine, he got the elk medallions and I had the fillet for dinner, then we split a dessert. Including tip, our final bill was almost... More

What a beautiful setting in Estes, both inside and out. I had the "Signature" steak, and was by far one of the most tender steaks I've had in a long time. Our server was great. My husband and I had a truly enjoyable experience. Thumbs up on the Caesar salad and the French Onion soup.

Went for my daughter's 18th birthday. The steaks were great the sides not so much the potatoes, over cooked little rocks, French onion soup weak with very little flavor. Our waitress gave us very little attention. The bad thing is I heard her at the next table going over the menu and different options. I guess we looked like poor... More

This was a beautiful place to have dinner. The service was amazing and the live guitarist was just the right touch. We have to say though the food was amazing.

Saw the good ratings and also recommended at our resort so had to try it. Wonderful dinner and desert. My wife had the prime rib and I had to try the elk medallions and they didn't disappoint. Nice atmosphere with fireplace burning and a guy on the acoustic guitar. Would definitely go back.

We decided to dine here while on vacation. The service was very good at the bar and restaurant. Our drinks were good although somewhat expensive. Ten dolars is a little high or off season, even here. Supper was good, but not great. I had the bison rib eye (47.50) and my wife had a 6 oz. filet (37.50). Hers came... More
