We stopped here for breakfast and really glad we did. Friendly service and great food. The prices were reasonable and portions huge, the German pancakes were great.

Just had breakfast, but it was all cooked to order and arrived hot. Owner very friendly and willing to fix us anything we wanted. Not fancy just good solid meal at a reasonable price. Recommended

Great place especially for breakfast. The breakfast burrito is really large and very good. They make their own green chili. Several dishes come with the green chili or you can order it on the side. Husband had one of the skillet platters and enjoyed it!

Best breakfast in Estes Park. The waitstaff is very knowledgeable of food allergies, especially celiac and gluten allergies. This makes me feel very safe eating there. Thanks you Olga & all your staff.

My wife and I are staying at the Stanley Hotel, and we frequent the strip mall a short walk down the hill. We read very good reviews about Mountain Home Cafe, so we ate breakfast there on July 23, 2016. Location - kind of a hidden gem, given that it's tucked into the strip mall. It has outdoor seating with... More

We always go here for breakfast when we visit Estes and we're never disappointed. The Huevos Rancheros was great and a large portion. The banana pancakes were also a large portion and tasted yummy. The gluten-free French toast was good and it was nice that they had the option of gluten-free bread on their menu.

We had exactly what we wanted and how we asked for it. The service was quick and excellent. Has a nice outdoor patio to enjoy as well.

This is your place to go for GOOD food at reasonable prices. We always take our visitors here for breakfast, brunch or lunch and have never been disappointed. A family run business and the owners are always present and checking that things are done correctly.

We visited the Mountain Home Cafe for Sunday brunch, and "bad breakfast. The place was packed, but we only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Service was slow-- we could tell that waitstaff were moving fast, but they were overwhelmed. I had potato pancakes served with applesauce and bacon. My husband had one of their ham and... More

The goal of every trip we take is to experience something new, to see some one else's spin on things so most times we go where the locals go for breakfast, shunning the chain restaurants and the fast food places. Mtn Cafe is one of those places. There is nothing shiny or showy about this place its decorated with paper... More
