We were a party of seven and made reservations... When we arrived we were seated immediately even though they were very busy... jammed in fact. Quick order and delivery of food which was enjoyed by every person in party. Would return in a heart beat... In fact, went alone for lunch one day and service and food was just as... More

Nice atmosphere and location at edge of downtown Estes Park overlooking the running creek. Staff prompt and courteous . My dish not overly temperature hot, but spouses was fine. Shouldn't chips and salsa be complimentary ?

We waited over an hour to be seated and then it took for ever for our server to come. My tacos were okay, the meal my husband had was spicer than he liked. My boys were disappointed they could not just get a plain taco or chicken strips. The prices for the portions you got we thought were a little... More

While vacationing in Estes Park, we decided to give Ed's a try. We are from San Antonio, Texas; so we did not have high expectations. The food here was very good! The bison enchiladas resembled the picadillo I grew up on in South Texas! The house margaritas were great! The service was excellent!

Our server (Cam) was great...very friendly and had a lot of energy. I'm a salsa fanatic and Ed's was pretty good. the queso however was very, very watery and didn't have much flavor as a result. My fish taco was yummy and there was a lot of chicken on another. Good happy hour!

We were there in the middle of the afternoon -- service was top-notch and, though we didn't have a full meal, everything we tried was tasty and plated well.

This place came recommended and saw the other reviews on TA. Not sure what the hype is for. The food is average at best, our waitress was indifferent, the kids meals came with lemonade juice boxes not cups (really?). The food was bland, queso was tasteless, chips were mostly crumbs (you shouldn't serve those parts). We had the bison enchilada... More

I stopped here for dinner based off a recommendation and it did not disappoint. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was fun. I ordered a margarita on the rocks and it was great. I ordered the fish tacos which were amazing! I would defiantly recommend if you are in the mood for Mexican food.

We actually ate at Ed's twice while visiting Estes. Was great for the kids and very good Mexican. The Bison Tacos and the 14'er were great choices. Service was great and the tables on the patio by the river is a great place to eat and watch the river & people.
