My husband and I have been living in the area for 7 months. This is a fun pub/bar and we go there a few times a month. There are people of all ages above 21 and up. Meaning it's attractive to the young and older crowds and inviting to all. The bartenders are fun, they talk to you, and pay... More

Enjoyable "local bar" atmoshpere - just like the corner bar in your hometown. Great service from a bartender who knows how to take care of his customers.

Very local bar. Fun talking to all of them. The locals were very accommodating to us "tourists". Bartender very nice, busy place but he stayed on top of everyone, good old jukebox music, lots of old timers that were fu to talk to!!

I just want a cold beer on a hot afternoon and this took way too long. I mean fifteen minute to get a couple of beers! The bar tender seemed to bit out of control and kept serving others at the bar.

The Wheel Bar is always on our list of places to go to when we are in Estes. A great hangout for locals and tourists alike in the heart of downtown. Enjoy a drink on the back patio overlooking the creek!

A local bar, which is great, but the locals on this day seemed to be bothered by people on vacation stopping by for a cold one. The beer was cold but I would not bother coming back for another. Too dark with and unfriendly vibe to outsiders.

Nice selection of draft beer at a good price. The bartender was very personable and kept the cold beer coming. $2.50 domestic drafts, 16 ounces. There was a lower bar room and an outside shaded patio that overlooked the river. It's a nice stop off place to cool down with a drink while my wife shops.

First of all I have to say that there was one bartender who seemed to know his stuff -- the dude with a long beard -- but he was not who helped us. The dude who did help us, his idea of a margarita from scratch was to pour the margarita mix into the glass! Not drinkable. Then I switched... More

Nice place to stop by. If you're there during the week this was the only one opened late for us to stay out. It was middle of May. Not bad prices either for the drinks. However no food is served there.
