We come to Crescent City several times a year and this place is always a must-stop. I like the chile Colorado soft tacos and my husband loves the machaca burrito!

Pet friendly outside tables, inside tables, and To Go Mexican food. All the dishes we tried were excellent; Chile Verde dinner, shredded beef tostada & tacos.

Stayed in Crescent City long enough to eat at six different places. this is one of two to which I returned. Atmosphere is clean and Formica. Humble looking place. I saw my dinner being prepared: it was very nice. Locals eat here.

When ya got the munchies what better to have than some Mexican..The Nachos with beef and chicken really hit the spot. There is plenty of Nachos to share with two hungry folks and still have leftovers

I am always happy to find horchata on the menu! This horchata is well worth the $2.00. I couldn't finish the large serving with my meal, so I got a to-go cup for the remainder. However, the carne asada was not very well seasoned. We asked for salsa and that helped a lot. The portions were huge...come with a big... More

Depending on what each of us ate, we either really liked it or was disappointed. Living out of the country, we were anxious to have a great Mexican dinner. We were disappointed to find out that even though it was not very late in the evening, several of the Mexican Restaurants had already closed. One that was open had an... More

The food here is very bland lacking flavor and I hate to say it but Taco Bell is better. Soem of the locals say they love it.

Agree with another review. Meat not seasoned while cooking really lacking in flavor. I had the fried taco with shredded beef. It could have been a hit with seasoning and a more thorough job of shredding the meat. Another surprise was the lack of sauce on the enchilada. And again insufficient seasoning. The portion size is huge. Staff super.

Interesting to find such a good Mexican restaurant in this coastal town. It is very casual and reasonably priced. The beans are wonderful and taste like the beans you would find in the valley or southern CA. The food comes hot and is delivered to your table. Not fancy but good food.
