This Celtic pub is a wonderful oasis in Albuquerque's Nob Hill. It fronts the historic Route 66 and yet the interior could pass from the Leaky Cauldron (for all you Harry Potter fans). We heard that Two Fools had the best Fish & Chips around, and we were not disappointed. The fish was crispy and moist, the batter was delicious,... More

My son told us about this place, we all met for dinner. It is an Irish pub style restaurant and it was a busy night, had about a 20 minute wait for a table. Food was good, my son had the Galway Bay Salmon Plate, really good, I will try that next time. The Cobb and Original Spin salads are... More

We were told this is the best place in Albuquerque for fish and chips and the haddock we had was very good. Light crispy batter and moist fish. Chips were more like McDonalds fries than British chips but perhaps that's not a bad thing. The coleslaw was okay. Good selection of beers and spirits. Well worth a visit; we will... More

This is one of my frequent places and it's always great. The food is good, the service is good, the atmosphere is good. It's hard to get a table on weekend nights, but that is just because it's so popular!

Cold beer, good food, and great service. My wife and I had the fish and chips. I had the bread pudding for dessert. It is huge. At 6'5" 285 and a big eater, when I tell you it is big enough for two, that means it will feed four. And it tastes sooooo good.

If you want a true, British pub feel, then this is the place to go. The selection of whiskys is superb (and there are some boutique whiskys that I've only seen in the UK available, so definitely worth a try). These arent' the 'Mix it with a soda and call it a drink' or 'shoot it like a slammer' type... More

I came from Texas to Albuquerque after a a year tour for a mini vacation. Had a long day and my wife and I needed a good dinner. New Mexico, as a whole, doesn't have many classy restaurants available late night so we were limited to very few selections such as this. My wife is turning 21 in a few... More
