The atmosphere was one of great enjoyment. The seating area is quite large with high ceilings and very open spaces. The staff was very friendly and courteous. There was plenty of food in fact there was enough for us to divide one order and each of us was very full at the end of the meal. The spicing of the... More

My wife and I just returned from a fantastic buffet at our local Gardunos on Coors. For the price, we were astounded at the variety and freshness of each plate offered. I really pigged out on the enchiladas, BBQ chicken, and many other goodies including a nice variety of desserts, which in themselves would have cost half the price of... More

We had arrived early this Friday afternoon meaning we were a little ahead of the "Happy Hour" crowd. The normal hot hor d'oeuvres were missing and in their place- the makings for "Frito-pies." Available tables were becoming scarce very quickly meaning that we had to find a table for four in short order. Our guests arrived and the menus delivered... More

I have gone there when it was crowded and when it was almost empty. Service took about the same time each visit. Good food with great chile con queso and tomatillo salsas. Full bar and a large selection of different margaritas. Versatile place: good for children, couples, or a group of friends. I had the seafood enchiladas which were great.... More

A friend had been to Garduno's years ago and recommended it, and so we went. The servers confirmed that they had been through some lean years but there are new owners committed to improvement, and I'd say they are well on their way. The service was excellent. We were seated quickly, and given time to select a libation. I had... More

Garduno's went through a few years of down-sizing, and while doing so their quality went down hill, but now their back in business, and the food is good, The food is New Mexican cuisine, it's tasty and the quality is solid. Staff is friendly and attentive. Our favorite thing is a couple of cold beers and the "Favoritos" appetizer. It's... More

I was a frequent customer of this establishment when I lived in Albuquerque in the late 80's. After moving away, I was back on vacation. I had heard the stories of how the business had fallen on hard times and gone bankrupt. New owners bought the business and subsequently closed several locations, leaving only the one on Louisiana Blvd. I... More

Let's start with the service. The girl was very friendly. That being said the service was extremely slow. Slow to take our order. Slow to bring the food. Slow to refill drinks. Slow to bring our check. Okay now for the food. I ordered the Caesar salad. The lettuce was old. The salad had way too much dressing. They ran... More

No skimping on portions - so go hungry! My wife had some kind of shrimp salad and it was big enough to feed a small country. Everyone had something different and they were fantastic meals. The waiter was very informative and helpful and gave us very good advice on what to order. We loved it and will go back when... More

A large roomy place with plenty of available seating. The menu is typical. Do like their guacamole preparation at the table. The Food quality is very good and satisfying. Wait Staff are personable but lax in customer care during lunch in my experience. Certainly a fine restaurant with return customers. You need to have dinner there, at least once. Am... More
