This limited area chain restaurant puts forth a hometown atmosphere. Breakfasts are hearty and tasty at a reasonable cost. Service was timely and attentive. A good alternative to Denny's or IHOP. Bathrooms clean. Plenty of parking. Wednesday you get a free piece of pie with each entree ordered. 😀

The VIBs are wonderful three- or four-item selections from a long list of breakfast items, so they can be tailored to any cravings that day. The skillets are delicious, particularly the California skillet, which has spinach and avocado in it, plus two eggs on it, hollandaise sauce, and a side of pancakes. A slice of pie is free on Wednesdays.... More

This place tries to be a dinner but fails. The menu was not good and the pies which are featured are best left alone. The place is often full but I cant understand why. There are better dinner type places just down the road.

We stopped for breakfast before getting on the road. It was fast friendly service and well priced. The bathroom had a backed up sewer smell, but looked clean. Maybe they had a problem that day.

We've eaten in a few other Village Inns as we've traveled around the country. They've been ok in a pinch. I would not have chosen to go there but we had taken an ill friend in to Albuquerque for some doctor appointments and this is where he wanted to have lunch. We had prompt service with a very nice waitress.... More

Not sure if I ate at a different restaurant than the previous reviewers, but my experience was far from pleasant. I went in on Saturday, June 28th at approximately 10:30am with a couple friends. I can't tell you my server's name because he wasn't wearing a name-tag and he mumbled horribly, nor did he once make eye contact with me.... More

This was a favorite of mine when my husband and I lived in Albuquerque. We probably ate here around once a week. We tried to go on Wednesdays because that's when customers got a free slice of pie with their dinner purchase. The prices were always reasonable and the food was always good. Don't think I ever got anything I... More

We recently ate dinner at the Village Inn in Northwest Albuquerque. We were checking out the launch site for our balloon ride the next day. The food was great and so was the service. Very friendly waiter named Justin. If you have dinner or lunch be sure to try the pie. Great pie, it tasted home made. We enjoyed dinner... More
