Service and food was average. Table-top device for paying bill was dirty and not easy to view choices. Surprised with "Entertainment Charge" on bill that we had no idea was. Apparently we accessed entertainment when trying to use the devise. Charge was removed, but staff should not assume customers are familiar with their payment process. Staff should offer to help... First time and I will go back. The man with me had a great looking patty melt and I had a Cobb salad with avocado that was more than enough.

Had delicious Sombrero salad to keep calorie count down. Delicious 😊. Service excellent. A bit noisy so if you want A quieter place ask for booth by bar. Easy to pay bill by table. Recommend highly.

We have friends who rave about this place. So, after listening to all that woo-hoo, we finally decided to see what the excitement was all about. Our conclusion: Boring burgers. Lackluster service. Uninteresting surroundings. Nothing at all worth going back for.

We have enjoyed eating at Red Robin for years. In my opinion they have gone downhill since they redid the menu and year or so back. We have left more times than not thinking that for the prices the food is not that good. The hamburgers are smaller than they were. Today's visit was even worse than it has been.... More

They serve traditional American food and have a gluten free menu. They have fresh baked buns that are gluten free. They are child freindly

I decided to surprise my boyfriend and take him to one of his favorite restaurants. I wish I would have picked somewhere else. We have visited Red Robin on numerous occasions and have always received so so service, but the food was consistently good. On this visit however, everything was poor starting with our seats. They recently remodeled this location... More

I do not normally review a chain restaurant. However, in this case, this is one which we do frequent when we are in Albuquerque because our son likes their burgers and we like their salads. This time, we were in for a surprise because they had remodeled their interiors and the menu. Gone were the mish-mash, chucky-cheese kiddie room "art"... More
