Epic chilli and amazing prices! This is perfect for budgeting, families, working folks, tourists on a tight budget, etc. The chilli is not to be missed! (Have I said that enough). There's also desserts 'like Grandma makes' and everything is fresh, not frozen.

This is a basic place with delicious food and good prices. All breakfast burritos are delicious and ample for big eaters. The enchiladas are also good. The fish and chicken sandwiches--this is not the place to order those. But the fried chicken is very good too.

Working close to the University, the morning traffic around Golden Pride can be a bit much. However, if you have the extra time in the morning, jump in line at the drive thru and order a breakfast burrito. You can't go wrong with the #1 ~ egg, potato, chile and cheese. Of course, they have some with meat as well.... More

We usually drive thru here, but today we ate inside. It was like stepping back into the 60s! Round tables with round seats! Too fun! Staff was very helpful, even suggesting items. We ordered 2 different breakfast burritos and 2 carne adovada burritos. Loved both....the carne was a little salty this time but would definitely order again. The fried chicken... More

You can tell this is a local staple based on the amount of cars waiting to go through the drive thru! Nothing fancy to look at, but if you're hungry and want something that sticks to your ribs first thing in the morning, grab a breakfast burrito (or two) from this place. I stuck with the #1 because it had... More

What a treat to get posole and green Chile stew at a fast food place. The food was delicious. Prices were great. We didn't try the robs and chicken but a lot of people were getting those. Try this place especially if you've never had posole or green Chile stew.

As a former resident in Albuquerque, the carne adovada burritos are probably the food item I miss the most. Along with the fresh tortillas, these burritos are absolutely worth trying.

I can't eat the fried chicken because of the gluten, and the ribs are gritty (they always have the stringy grissle running through so you can't eat half of them anyway). These are the same owners as The Frontier but "southern-style" or something. Anyway, the real golden nugget is the tacos. They don't pre-digest the meat, the meat isn't covered... More

We stopped by this morning to grab a couple burritos for the road and were surprised by the cheap prices and didn't expect much. What happened was behind my belief. About 5 minutes after we ordered our food was ready and boy was it amazing. A $3 burrito filled me up and oh was it delicious!

This place used to b good when they melted the cheese and made the burritos(eggs) fresh.. Now days they don't make it like they used to.. My eggs looked like they were cooked the day before because they were hard and a nasty dark yellow color :(
