We have ate at Siam Cafe for years and can wait until they open up, so we can eat there. Since Covid we have been getting our food to go. Everyone in our family has their own favorite, from the Orange Chicken, Fried Rice, Egg...Rolls, etc. We often order our food with no onions, etc. and they always get our food order right.More

I stopped here after a search on TripAdvisor. The red curry with spinach and beef was so delicious. Just the right amount of heat, and a large portion. Will definitely return next time I'm in town!

Over the years we have traveled to Albuquerque, NM many times and we always make sure we visit the Siam Cafe. The food is excellent, the portions large and the service friendly and timely. If you like Thai food, please give this place a try.

Three of us went there one evening recently. Good hot tea to start. Prompt service. I ordered the green fish curry and it was really excellent. My companions split a big pot of noodles which were also very tasty. Good atmosphere. We will definitely return!

I went there for lunch the other day and ordered a curry dish (Yellow Curry) which was plentiful and not bad. The service was a bit slow, but the server was polite so I assume it was just slow coming out of the kitchen. The...location is right on San Mateo, with ample parking as the restaurant is located in a strip mall. I don't want to ding this restaurant, but I have experienced better options for Thai food in Albuquerque. So, that is why I gave it just an "average" rating; not bad, but not exceptional either.More

We have eaten here for several years and love it but recently there seem to be ongoing issues. Our orders get mixed out or not filled, waiter could care less and food is not as good as before. Hope they can get it together -...we really liked eating here.More

The food at Siam Cafe is rather uninspiring for what is otherwise a delightful cuisine. It is rather bland compared to more exciting Thai restaurants and, most importantly, didn't seem at all fresh, which is one of the great joys of Thai eating. Add to...that the slow service and the funky booths, and I won't be back.More

Had lunch and ask waitress what their soup of the day is. She answered " egg drop soup". So I ordered for me and my husband and an appetizer meatball as I have not decided on the main dish I want. When she came back,...she gave the soup and reprimanded me saying " This soup only comes with lunch special and you should not order by itself but I'm giving you this and don't do it next time!" Really? She did not inform me first hand and this is the first visit I have as I've tried different times and they're always close those times. Next, I ordered Lite coconut soup w/ chicken and steamed rice. She brought it in on silver bowls for serving and 2 small individual bowls. When I asked if I can have a plate so I can eat with rice, she answered " I already give you the bowls and I don't know how you're going to eat but I can get you one if you want!" this is with a deriding attitude like asking her that is a big bother. Wow! A server who hates being asked. And to top it all off, she is buttering up and talking nicely and sweetly to my husband, only asking him if he wants more water, more drinks, or anything else he needs like I don't exist and not even giving the courtesy of glancing at me while asking those. If you're a girl and want to be treated like a nobody and just want to eat , then go for it. She only talks to the men nicely as I noticed her striking up good conversation with the older gentleman behind our table and not the wife also. I can understand Hispanic culture as I'm married to one for 14 years and that men are the first citizens but I am from Philippines where everyone is equal, if not women are given higher regards for their opinion. She was down right rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. If not for my husband's macho pride, I would take away the tip he gave. This Hispanic waitress has black, curly hair pulled in a pony tail. Maybe the other servers are good and we just happen to have this bad one.More

We eat here frequently when we are close by. The lunch specials are very good, fresh with soup and main dish. Service is always good and quick. My favorite in ABQ.
